We came there for a global entry interview. It is really hard to make the appointment for this location. You can do the appointment only on Monday morning at 8 am. When I found that, it was easy. The waiting time was 5-7 minutes, very professional service.

Tamara was unprofessional during our friends wedding and I regret going through her as an agent. She was disrespectful to the party and the bride and groom for these reasons. Guests were stranded for their flights back home, that she booked, and when reaching out to her for help she was unable to respond due to her being on the se flight back as those friends- however she had made her flight. Therefore, they were looking for solutions and options in Houston on their delayed flights but was unable to resolve this since she was unavailable. Would not recommend her for any travel services.

I had a really frustrating experience with Executive Travel. I reached out via email to the information email listed on their website asking someone to reach back out with information regarding an international flight I was struggling to book on my own online. It took two weeks for an agent to respond and when they had responded it was with the incorrect arrival date (which I had listed in the initial email "I would like to arrive on XX" because I knew that this flight would be over 24 hours of travel). After finally getting the flight picked out I notified the agent yesterday that I was wanting to book the flight today and they did not update me with the most current pricing, but rather confirmed that we could get the flight booked. Upon reaching out today (twice because my voice message from 10am was never returned I called again at 3pm) I was informed that my flight had increased by $300 which put the flight over my budget as we were already at the top of what I could spend. She was unable to help me and she told me that she was sorry for the delay in responding to me but that "we are busy". I told her that it was ridiculous for them to take on new clients if they are that busy and that she should have informed me of this up front. After speaking to another travel agency they were able to book me for the same flights that Executive Travel were suggesting at the price that I'd agreed to over email that I was told by Executive Travel was no longer available. I would not recommend working with Executive Travel unless you truly have the time to wait for responses and flexibility in either your budget or your itinerary.

I have used this company twice and I would never use them again. Both times my agent had a family emergency (these were two different agents). I totally understand that things come up, but as a company they should be able to let another agent know about their clients that will be leaving or are gone. The first time in Florida we had set up transportation from Disney to universal (this was August 2016) my agent failed to make sure that they knew when and where to pick us up. So I spent about 3 hours fighting with them. When they had it written in our paper work, they just didn't confirm it, nor admit fault. This time was Bahamas March 2017, our travel agent said she would get ahold of us before we left and give us the run down because we had never left the country before. 4 days before we were going to leave I called 5 different times and not until the 5th did they tell me that our agent was out on a family emergency. Needless to say this is Executive Travels fault for not taking responsibility for their empoloyees in time they need extra help.
Also- I decided to use a travel agent to go to the Bahamas thinking they would give extra help and ideas on fun things to do. She did NOTHING. The only thing she did was tell me everything I already knew.
Pretty much if you don't have a bunch of people going and can work a computer they are 0% help.
