Sold me a wrong part after I asked them to order it off of the VIN. Returned it the next day after receiving. Paid cash and was told they have a new system they couldn't give me cash back. Called a week later to ask where my refund check was the gentlemen was very rude and stated "I already told you they cut it last week" it is now 02/06/2023 it was not cut last week have involved multiple higher ups including Kal Barnett, Joel Questschenbach, Jaimee Frank, Jim Whitmore an Sarah Somar. Still no response back all I get is excuses ball was dropped and still no money

The staff at FMP are very helpful and knowledgeable. The general manager, Jim Wimner, was not only mean toward his employees but rude and angry toward me. I was only there to return two batteries for a core charge refund. I left the batteries and told him to keep his money
