The store was a mess and disorganized. It was hard to find the shoes I was looking for where they were displayed. This staff didn't seem too concerned since I was the only one there and they were at the counter looking at their phones.

They sent a buy one get half off coupon to my house, so I went to buy shoes there and they didn't honor the coupon they sent ?. They said I couldn't use the coupon because it didn't have a barcode but it didn't say anywhere on the coupon that you needed a barcode to use it. Was just a very frustrating experience and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated when I questioned why they wouldn't honor the coupon.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store doesn't have every size. They have a variety of different types of shoes.
