It Was absoulutly horrible..one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY I THINK IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ! .. if theres any other way i mean ANY OTHER WAY!to get it there TAKE IT! In every part of it was that the delivery time the communication that app was horrible the website was horrible customer service absolutely horrible each time I called the number of probably 25 to 30 times I called managers that pretend supervisor customer service agents absolutely horrible no joking I would rather walk to get this package all the way to wherever it came from out of state then had to deal with this it was a bad jokes a very not funny bad joke I swore i was being punked!NIGHTMARE! FedEx in general, mailed a package & same day asked for stop package. Was told in person & by FedEx Twitter it would be stopped, they sent it anyways!
