Last week my perishable 2 day delivery was delivered more than 24 hours beyond the scheduled delivery time. I watched the truck whiz right by my house during the scheduled time. My $100 of goods smelled terrible and was spoiled by the delayed delivery. The vendor reshipped this week. Exact same issue right down to the truck driving (over the speed limit) right past my house. Be smart. Ship UPS. FedEx's reliability is a thing of the past.

Your company is total garbage. I asked for customer service and you will never give me that. My company is shipping me a computer and you won’t help me at all. Why do you never answer customer service? Why do you not care about customers?

Would give zero stars if I could. 2nd time package wasn't delivered in 2 weeks. Can't get a human being on the phone. Guess they will have to hear what I have to say in person, isn't going to be pretty because now I'm even more pissed. Out of my money, no package and nobody to talk to over the phone.

Easy peasy, fast and efficient.
Would be better if Google maps clarified more accurately that this is where you take packages to ship. They sent me to the freight center first which was slightly annoying (but maybe that's on me).

I went to a walk my dog and when I came home.I had a fedex sticker on my door!, 1 It said I have to sign for package so I knew it had to be my son's letter in the jacket that we've been waiting so long for!! So I called them and they told me the package should be back there soon by 5 o'clock for sure. Then I Call them a little bit later and it was already there and it wqs only 4pm!so I went to pick it up and they got my package right away. They were great And my son left his letterman jacket!
