I have sent of instructions how to deliver packages to my home however it is not being followed beyond many times that I've asked when on the app called customer service again customer service is a joke I just wish FedEx would get their crap together and deliver my packages where I've asked them to be delivered

Showed package was delivered, but was not. Had to drive to FedEx shipment center to track my package. Was told it was sitting on a truck in a different facility after talking to a manager for 30 minutes. Was not able to get package, and had to wait another 3 days after original scheduled delivery date. Not happy and do not recommend going through FedEx.

Package was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Driver decided he did not want to make the delivery. It is now Monday after tg and no one can tell me anything. I am unable to get through to an agent

We have had so many problems with FedEx. They have thrown packages out the window, if we expect a package we know to look round for it. We always ask for another company. Most recently they ran over our dog and didn't bother to come up to the house to let us know.

I have to give a shout-out to Nate! He was my driver that went OVER AND BEYOND with customer service! I live in a locked building and I’m hardly ever home so I leave a note on the door with my number so when packages come the driver can get a hold of me. Most drivers don’t even bother and sadly I’ve had most of my things returned to sender because of it. Nate called me and I was at work, so he texted and I was able to let him know I was working. I asked if my package could be picked up here at the hun and he said he would do his best. He kept me updated all night and now I’ll be getting my package after weeks. It had be returned and reshipped 3x so I can’t wait for Monday now that I know he is personally going over and beyond so it don’t get sent back again. Thanks again Nate! I truly appreciate ya!

This place is pathetic if you actually want your packages on time I highly advise shipping them through anywhere other than Fed EX. They attempted to deliver my package three times throughout the week (while i was at work) at roughly the same time every day as if they couldn't take a hint. I then get a call saying i have to come pick up my package at this location because it requires a signature. So i go in to pick it up and he checks my ID which exactly matches the one posted on the box which he had pulled out and he says i can't sign for it because i'm not 21 when it just says an adult signature is required and anyone over 19 in the state of Nebraska is an adult (which i am) so i had to walk out without my package and either wait another week for them to deliver it and someone be home or have someone go in and sign for the package that i ordered and paid for with my name on it. Needless to say if i have the option in the future the last place i will be shipping my packages through will be FED EX.

FedEx is a joke. Ordered something special for the family in November. Yet they say my address doesn't exist in Nebraska. So they shipped it to north Carolina. Says been delivered. Oh month later. It's 3 day from Portland Oregon to Nebraska

Ordered a tree stand for deer hunting. The shipment disappeared in route. Company sent another one and it was damaged extensively so I refused it. The driver said I accepted it! I'm sure it was going to "disappear" also, but I went to him boss and told them what happened.
