Normally don't share reviews unless customer service was terrible. Was asked to rate the customer service at checkout and I had to skip because I just couldn't not give your store a "0".Please retrain your staff to pay attention to customers. I went on a Saturday and I get that everyone is busy with something, however, everybody I interacted with acted as if I was a bother. Guy at the counter threw a shoe over my head to another staff for me to try on. I just felt uncomfortable the whole entire time.
I've been in customer service since I was 15. I know what "trying" looks like. Will be visiting other stores for shoes in the future.

Horrible Customer Service Line!
I need help and a resolution on this issue ASAP. The Customer Service Reps that I've called to get this resolved have FAILED and they are absolutely no help.My husband boughr shoes on 7/62024 from the Lincoln, Nebraska store and purchased a pair of shoes that were unavailable so the clerk said they can order them on line, she located the shoes ordered them and I paid in her cash. I never received an email confirmation so I called the JDSport Customer Service number and I was told the shoes are out of stock everywhere. Not sure how the Clerk order shoes that were unavailable. I was told I can get a refund back ro my credit card so explained, that I paid in cash so there is no way to refund back to a credit card. She put me on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up and called the direct store where I purchased the shoes. They confirmed the shoes are out of stock but could not give me a refund if I brought the receipt back to the store because it would make the register short. The shoes are not being delivered so how is that possible? So instead I'd be issued a check in the amount of $96.53, and they cinfirmed my address. No problem Ill wait for the check.. Well 2 weeks pass by and I had to follow up and found that the check had the wrong name just instead of my full name, so the manager at the store said they had to void that check and reissue I think that was on 7/17. So yes another delay to get my money back on a purchase that should have not happened. When I called back today I'm now being told the original check supposedly with the wrong name was actually cashed on 7/18 and they can't do anything about it and I have to just call the police and file a report. WTH!! Where is my refund? All I had to do was take my receipt back to the store and get my dang refund. You knew the shoes weren't coming so why couldn't I just do that? Now I have no money or shoes and it's some how my problem and you can’t give me anymore information.. If you can see that the check was cashed I am demanding you send me a copy of the cashed check. I was informed that check was voided and now its been cashed and you just want me to accept that response. No way! I need a copy of that /check and the address it was sent to. Customer Service who messed up this whole order from beginning to end and expect to keep my money. I need a cIall back ASAP from your fraud department, or who ever handles this. The name was wrong but what was the address? . We get informed delivery from USPS with pictues showing all mail being delivered so i can show you daily mail delivery for any day and you wont find this check being delivered to my address.
I’m demanding An immediately resolution to this, It’s gone on long enough. You figure out what you did with that check and who cashed it, If it was even cashed as I don’t believe it was. I think you Customer Service just continues to provide inaccurate information and looking at the voided check as cashed. At this point this company needs a BBB complaint. I need a call from someone who makes decisions and can provide a valid response, Im no longer getting the run-around.

Walked in asked if had certain pair shoes I was looking for and guy laughed and just walked away and went to counter where other employees were standing around and all laughing and doing nothing! I will not return there!

My boyfriend and I stopped by the store today because he wanted to buy some new shoes. He was looking at a pair of sneakers for me and as soon as we walked away from them, the stubby girl with the bad bangs that was working decided to take the other sneaker to the pair we were looking at as if we were going to steal the sneakers. I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased SEVERAL items from JD since they opened. Mind you, the shoes were ONLY $115. The men are always helpful and I’ve never had an issue until today. Giving it 2 stars because the men that work here are good with customer service. Probably won’t be shopping here anymore.

Went to the one in Omaha and in Lincoln….will never purchase anything from their stores. Service was terrible at both places.

Customer service in this store is horrible!! 1st off couldn't get anyone to help us for a while then when they did help the associate acted as if we we a bother. Much more but don't want to go on & on. Went to Foot Locker, got the shoes 10 mins til close and associates we kind and helpful. I will pay more for better customer service any day!

Poor attitude from the store assistants. Asked for the other pair of shoe that I wanted to try on. Refused to give it me. Behaved as if I am interested in taking off with their shoes without paying. Who will be that crazy about the poor shoe collection that they’ve got with the unnecessary high pricing. Strongly not recommended.

Worst customer service ever “little homies” were rude and not helpful, they were closed all day on a Sunday during holidays and didn’t open till 6:00pm the manager was cocky and hella arrogant and wouldn’t look anything up just yelled at other employees to do something instead of helping customers was to worried about getting a cookie at cookie company after being open for just 5 mins!

Worst customer service by every worker in the store on September 9, 2023. The positive is they were able to provide the perfect example to my teenager the type of worker you must NEVER be…it was so ridiculous all we could do was laugh when we left the store…so thanks I guess
