I have used this company twice very professional let you know exactly what they're going to do when you explain to them what you want done if they find any other problems they call to let you know sometimes they have called me three times because they have found other problems and I just tell him go ahead and fix it because it needs to be done never had a problem at all with this company I will keep going back as many times as I need to

My husband had scheduled appointment with Firestone on O Street and 66th Street when I went to takes my truck for a oil change this morning they going to say that they don’t have me down for appointment I was pissed off and I told them this not the first time this has happened and this is so unprofessional of them and I told them if Jason was living I wouldn’t have this problem they’re so unprofessional talking about the person is new ok y’all that’s still not a reason for this so I went to another Firestone they were very nice and friendly, very professional and I got my oil changed with no problems. I was to say a big thank you and your team Josh Krause he reminded me so much of Jason going above for the customers at Firestone I will be bringing my truck to you and your team from now on when it’s time for a oil change or anything that’s wrong with my truck.

I find it very frustrating to be quoted one price on the phone then charged a much larger price in-person, especially when I provided my exact vehicle model. I won't be back for oil changes.

Walked in and were told they were to busy for us. Didn't want to talk to us at all. Tried to explain that we found a nail in our tire and they just said we're to busy. Just a very rude and jarring experience.

Do not do business here. If I could leave a zero star review I would. The one star is for the polite lady and gentleman at the front desk who tried to help me. After dropping my truck off for 4 new tires, I found out my lug nuts needed replaced because the manager said they’re not compatible with my wheels. After a wild goose chase I returned to give the right ones, which were also refused by the manager. They ended up referring me to discount tire. Discount tire wanted Firestone to call them and explain the issue with the lug nuts. When I asked Firestone to call them, the manager came out and got super condescending and snarky, and refused to explain why my lug nuts are wrong, and what I need. We exchanged some harsh words, and he insulted me and my vehicle as I left. Their manager is unprofessional, arrogant and unhelpful. I highly recommend Discount tire for people in the Lincoln area. They figured out my issue and ordered the correct lug nuts within 10 minutes of my arrival.

I scheduled an appointment last week with them to get my tires mounted. I took my truck in today for my appointment and they called me 20 minutes after I dropped it off, to tell me that my tires are too big and that they don't have any equipment that would work for my tires. I don't understand how this can be for a place that sells tires. My tires are 35x12.5x20's. They aren't huge.
Then, I go in to get my keys, obviously disappointed, I asked where my truck was and they said it was over on the side of the building. It was 28 degrees outside. The entire front parking lot was open. They parked my truck in literally the furthest spot away behind the building and to the side. It was very frustrating. After not being able to get my tires on today at my scheduled appointment, for what seems like an entirely bogus reason, they could have at the very least just parked my truck by the door. I am very disappointed with what happened today and their customer service and will not return to Firestone for service again. Luckily, I called Walker Tire and they got me in right away and got me on the road again within an hour. Very pleased with Walker Tire on Arbor Rd!
