If you like being able to access your bank account online or via app don't bank with them!! I've had a business account here for two years now and I've always had issues with the bank and website. I've been trying to access it for 2 days now and neither are working. I am finally in the process of switching banks because this is ridiculous. They have told me to call them so they can "resolve the issue." That won't do anything... You guys need a new app and some updates. I always see bad reviews on the app and they still haven't done anything to fix it.

Great Bank and customer service! Craig Magstadt was very helpful and made it very easy for me to set up my accounts. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions regarding my accounts. I also love the offers FNBO has on their checking and savings accounts. I plan on banking with FNBO for a very long time! Thank you for all your help, Craig!!!

Horrible customer service at this branch! They have signs flashing everywhere how customers come first, but don't try to disturb the bank manager while she is chilling out. She doesn't even know her institution policies but calls herself a manager. I tried to add another user to my business account. Her and her cohorts swore they had never heard of that before and "cannot be done". She even suggested I take my business elsewhere. It took a lowly paid teller from another branch to show me how it can easily be done. Shame on you! so-called manager, educate yourself on your bank policies/procedures

Horrible customer service way they will do stuff for you but never follow through. Trying to steal money from my account. And the branch manager tells me she don't know the bank policies and don't have access to them. Then she refused to give me the number to their corporate office. This is why so many people don't trust banks and why more and more people are going to prepaid cards. I will be withdrawing all my money from this bank.

We bank with First National Bank(FNB). My company does a huge sales gross every year and this bank has helped and guide us on our finance and YTDS. They always deliver. My company has 30 accounts in 10 different states. I will never bank with any one else. I can’t say anything with a personal account because I don’t have one, but with a business account they done an outstanding job. Keep up the good work.

Worst branch of a great bank. Have been banking with first national for a bit now in both Omaha and Lincoln and this is by far the worst location. Noone knows how to do anything and seem scared to ask for help.
