I am 44 yrs old, having owned 25 different vehicles, and this by far was my best buying experience. Only two companies to come close were Tesla and Mercedes. Andy went above, and beyond to make this deal happen (via great price, excellent product, and amazing communication). I cannot speak highly enough about Freedom Motors. In closing… I would happily buy from this company again. Keep up the great work guys.

After looking for 6 months plus for a new car... I came back to the place I'm comfortable with. These guys are great to work with! Bought now my 4th vehicle from them. I still even have the last one and have had no issues with it for over 3 years now. This beauty though.... picked her up today and I couldn't be happier! It was a very quick and easy process with them. I'd definitely still years later recommend these guys when buying a vehicle.

Not a great experience. Good price on a vehicle. An issue with the title and they suggested I took to a small town to get an inspection done to get the correct title... but the title eventually did get worked out due to a nice young woman there after a day. I made an assumption that it would come with head light bulbs and blinker bulbs or a gas cap. Once I informed them there was a problem they said they do not perform a 200-point inspection and it was my responsibility to take care of those things. I was under the impression those were safety requirements guess I learned not to assume.Don't reply acting like reimbursement was even a topic. After the ordeal I went inside to get my title and not a word was said by the person that sold me the vehicle.I understand you need to keep your digital reputation up. I'll eat the $50 to expose the awful customer service and lack of any inspection whatsoever by your company.

They were kind & patient with me as I drove a few of their cars (all amazing, I just didn’t quite know what I wanted) very professional & helpful throughout the process, even stayed a little late to allow me more time! Ended up getting a great car from them ?

We had an excellent experience with Freedom Motors! We worked with Andy, who went above and beyond to provide us service and information. He answered every question that we had without being indirect or leaving out details, he was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The car I purchased was one that he had worked on, so he knew exactly what it needed and what it had. I left happy and confident in my purchase and would absolutely recommend Freedom Motors. I would shop here again.

BUYER BEWARE‼️ IF YOU BOUGHT THE 2010 SUBARU OUTBACK 3.6R LIMITED AWD, IT IS A TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE‼️ They sold a total loss/salvaged vehicle with a “clean” title. Make sure to check the CarFax report before buying from them. The owner was very rude and unfriendly in person and over the phone, but the woman who works there is very nice. I was interested in buying this vehicle but after seeing the CarFax report (which I paid $40 for after I was told the dealer doesn’t provide CarFax reports) that showed it was a total loss vehicle, all we wanted was to get it inspected for structural damage prior to purchasing. They said they do not do inspections, so we would have to take the car to get inspected on our own. We said that was fine, and that we were coming to take it to a mechanic to get it inspected. Then, the owner called me five minutes later saying the customer who was going to get the car inspected tomorrow put down a deposit over the phone. It seems that they used my interest in the vehicle to get the other customer to commit to buying the car without an inspection. The owner seemed to not want the car to get inspected. This experience was incredibly unprofessional, disappointing, and disheartening.I did in fact request a CarFax report from the nice woman who helped me, but was told you don’t do that, so I paid $40 for it. I wouldn’t have paid $40 if you would have said yes when asked if you provide a CarFax report. I know you don’t have anything to do with the title, however, assuming you’ve checked CarFax reports on your inventory, I believe you knew it was a total loss vehicle but failed to disclose. Please don’t gaslight me or invalidate my experience.

Purchased a car from Freedom Motors.. Dealt with genuine, and good people. No complaints here what so ever!! I didn’t bring a cashiers check from a new account I had opened up, didn’t pay any attention to the challenge that would present ($2000 daily spending limit). Hadn’t given any money other than the $100 I put as a deposit two weeks prior. Andy let me drive off with the car 6hrs away to where I live, with just the promise to send the money for the car next day delivery, the following day. I did, he expedited the title, and that was that!!
