I was shopping here today, and was aggressively followed by loss prevention. The undercover employee was following me to each aisle I went to, then started asking me questions about each item I was looking at. Then after I checked out, he followed me out the door, even asking me if i knew where my car was! I am calling corporate today to complain! I was going to buy several Milwaukee Fuel m18 tools. I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. No one likes being aggressively followed for doing nothing wrong! Shame on you!

I was in Home Depot just last Friday. Had ~$175 in tools I was going to buy. I had a question in lumber. An employee was walking by and I asked if they could help. They said they would try. They were not able to and said they would go and find a "lumber guy". I waited 15 minutes. No one showed up. I put the tools back and left the store.

You should require your staff and customers to wear face masks! My parents, who are in their 70s, went to your store the other day, and they were dismayed to see that many staff and customers were not wearing face masks. This is ridiculous. You are putting all of your staff and customers at risk of catching and spreading COVID-19.

My husband has worked part time for Home Depot on 27th and cornhusker for over 9 years now. If I wrote about all the stuff that management has tried to do to him to make themselves look good to their higher up we would be here reading for years. Instead I will tell you about the latest crap they are pulling. A couple months ago they decided that availability no longer matters and every single employee (supposedly) has to work weekends. He has worked nights Mon-Thurs through his whole employment with them and his availability hasn't ever changed. He works a full time job already so working yet another 8 hour shift on a Saturday or Sunday would take him away from the only time he gets with our 8 month old daughter. After he expressed his concern to management he was told that either he change his availability so they can schedule him on weekends or he just wouldn't be getting scheduled at all until he does change it. So for the past almost 2 months now he has not gotten scheduled which has been a huge financial loss for our family which they are well aware of. After his vacation renewed he started using that so he could at least get some kind of paycheck every two weeks. The first time he wrote down 20 hours and was only paid for 15 hours. Mind you his manager has to sign off on this in front of him which they did. That didn't stop them from only paying out 15 hours. Then 2 weeks later he writes down 20 hours again and his manager signs off on it. So this past Friday was supposed to be payday and he didn't get paid at all. When he questioned his manager he was told that if he changes his availability that this wouldn't happen. He told them we would be contacting our attorney to get this resolved and they told him that nothing illegal happened and that it was just a simple accounting error and that they would mail him a paper check. So the past 9+ years nothing like this has ever happened until they are trying to strong arm him into working weekends. These things they are doing are all just to get him to change his availability so they can schedule him on weekends. He has been a dedicated and loyal employee for 9+ years and they are pulling this with him. That store doesn't value its employees at all they only want bodies. Good luck shopping here with all the new high school kid hires. They don't train them so they don't know anything and they people that do know what they are doing are so worn down from being treated like s*** that they don't take pride in helping customers anymore.

Made an appointment online for 12:30 to have a consultation about buying new interior doors for our house. There was only one person in the area helping a family that couldn’t make up there mind. We sat and waited for 10 mins thinking since we had an appointment someone would be right with us. The guy then pages for a manager and said they would be coming over. We sit for an other 20 mins waiting. Finally my husband said this is ridiculous and we walked out. We were ready to spend hundreds of dollars at your store for doors and installation but sadly you will not be getting anymore business from us.

Disappointed we registered to do a workshop today for a challenge coin display and no one bothered to set up or let us know u were not doing it until we drove all the way there! Will not be recommending you anymore!
