Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Rooms were fun. Decorated in a vintage retro look but with a local vibe. Location was great. Right on the corner of the Haymarket and only 3 blocks from the Lied Center. Staff was very nice. My favorite part was the fact that no one gave us a hard time about traveling with our dog.I would definitely recommend and we will stay here again when we are in the area.

Prime location. Rooms are throwback and Nebraska themed. Parking garage is very tight for full size vehiclesWalkability: Easy walk to the Haymarket and the stadiums

These rooms were fun. Old memorabilia on the walls was great. Location to downtown was easy.

If you're going to be in Lincoln, this is a great stop! Clean comfortable rooms. I love the college decor of these hotels, down to the room keys. Someone had fun with it. Nice attached restaurant/bar.

Had confirmation that I had a room, everything was reserved, drove from out of state for an event, and then told I had to pay almost $200 for the room. Absolutely did not have the extra funds for such hidden fees. Slept in our vehicle that night.

So disappointed in this place. We booked two nights here to recuperate in the middle of a crosscountry roadtrip, and after the first night, I'm more tired than when we got here. The room is either ice cold or boiling hot. The blackout curtains have a huge gap that lets in blinding light at dawn. There's no room service. There's only one charger between the beds, so only one person can charge their phone overnight. The guest WiFi can barely load the Google homepage. The room doesn't have a coffee maker, only instant and a kettle. The bathroom has no vent fan. They weren't even serving the breakfast menu they advertise on their website; it's just a regular breakfast buffet you'd expect from any hotel. And most difficult of all is that you can only unload your things either by pulling over on the side of a busy street or by walking a long distance from the self-park and then carrying everything up a flight of stairs. Don't stay here if you're disabled - it's been an inaccessibility nightmare. Someone without a handicap pass was parked in the handicap spot and the front desk did nothing. You'll get better rooms and accessibility at a chain budget hotel like Hampton Inn, honestly. Cute decor, but a huge bummer otherwise. Hope this helps other people with mobility issues (or a desire to get any sleep) avoid this place.

I will never stay at a Graduate hotel again.I booked the hotel for 10/27/23-10/29/23 on 1/26/23 for the NE v Purdue game. My friend is a Purdue alum and has never been to Memorial Stadium before. I was greatly looking forward to showing him everything that Lincoln and our fans have to offer. We arrived to the hotel late (around 9pm) after my trip back from overseas was delayed. I go to check in and was rudely told I "did not have a reservation". I pulled up the confirmation email with all booking information and the staff as well as the management refused to acknowledge any and all evidence I had of my reservation. What they didn't know is that a friend of mine manages hotels and openly admits that they intentionally overbook their rooms in case of last minute cancelations/no-shows. When I brought this up to the unqualified and unknowledgeable manager, she called security, who threatened to call the police.I refused to leave the hotel until I was given a place to stay considering I made the reservation nine months in advance. We were then transferred to the Cornhusker who had staff that were polite, accommodating, and understood the concept of customer service. All of which could not be said for the Graduate

Went for chocolate festival. Room had bad acoustics. Restrooms upscale. Wine service quite good for event. Staff all friendly and helpful. One found content details of the meatballs. Parking garage line led me to park elsewhere, no free first hour unlike other nearby garages. Also, said for overnight guests only, so not designed for events for locals.Safety: Felt safe except for carpet that could trap shoes in ballroom by picture stationWalkability: Great location southeast Haymarket. You can't go south by foot across O st from here.Food & drinks: Only one bar for this event led to very long line.

This was our first stay at a Graduate hotel and it surely won’t be our last! Upon walking into the lobby, we were immediately greeted with a clean and beautifully decorated atmosphere. The workers at the front desk were kind and knew what they were doing. Check-in was quick and smooth. Our room was refreshingly clean and the decor was super cute. The view from our windows (we were on the 12th floor) was amazing. Only thing that would have made it even better was if the water pressure in the shower was better. I’d also recommend you guys to offer more parking spots for oversized vehicles in your garage. We came from out of town and drove a pickup truck. We were almost nervous to leave for dinner as we weren’t sure if there would be a spot for us when we returned. Thank goodness there was. We had our two year old son with him and walking with him in sketchy downtown Lincoln was not what we wanted to do. Our stay was great overall, I hope we can stay again sometime in the future! Highly recommend!

Some co- workers and I stayed here for one night, and it was a great experience!! Super cute hotel with lots of character!!!One of my co-workers did have a TV that didn’t work, and she was quickly given a new room. Also note- if you are 5’1” like me, you will not be able to see through the peephole. It’s pretty high up on the door lolThe restaurant has a pretty good lunch, but it is a limited menu. All in all a really good experience!!

Stayed here while on a road trip. $23 parking. Rooms were very unique and eclectic, but front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful. For example, we arrived at 1 am after a long day and when I asked details on the parking and what floor our room was on, he told me I should read my hotel key card before asking questions. Showers didn’t have the best pressure and there was a creepy vent that did not help in reducing steam.

This is a super trendy/cool hotel. I LOVE anything vintage so when I seen this place I knew I had to book it. There was a lot going on when we stayed a wedding and a baseball team but it was handled great by the staff. One thing we were pulling a small pop-up camper so we were unable to park at the hotel. We were able to find a parking garage not far.
