Lowering my review from five to four stars. New processes, slower service, new manager. No one knows my name any more. I miss the previous management.

I really like the small bank feel of Great Western. The bankers are friendly and knowledgeable. I shopped around when leaving my last bank to get the best account features, and the Great Benefits Checking was the best deal I found. I'd give 5 stars if I could use the debit card on Android Pay.

Just happy to find a Great Western Bank. They are getting hard to find and Google Maps is outdated on them.
