Jesse was very polite and knew exactly how to accommodate our needs and making sure we went home with the exact ukulele we need. Explained the warranty for us clearly and reassured us if we come back to ask for him if we need any assistance. Hands down best customer service! Thank you Jesse!

The fellas working at GC are nice enough so 2 stars instead of 1. The scheduling system is a nightmare though. I purchased 8 lessons. 4 of those were mess from the scheduling standpoint. I set 8 lessons for every Monday at the same exact time but somehow 50% of the time, we weren't on the schedule. We made trips into town to find out that we werent on the schedule that were were twice confirmed to be on! The "system" cannot pause or move lessons. I don't have to tell how little sense that makes.Every person that works there knows how many issues we had because of "the system" because they all apologized profusely and more than once. Yesterday Ian called to inform me that one of the lessons we missed because I was sick and failed to call in, that lesson will have to be forfeited because the system cannot accommodate an "additional" (it's not additional, I literally paid in advance for it) lesson. So a lesson I paid for won't be given. That means GC owes me a refund. The system is a mess. There are so many other lesson options, I implore any reader to find anyone else. We are going elsewhere for lessons to a place than can handle a schedule change, you should too!

This is a scam. I signed up and paid for 4 lessons, just to give a try to see how the lesson goes. My lesson was on Thursday evening. The third lesson was on the week of Thanksgiving week and the instructor called ask me to reschedule. I was busy for the following week and could not take the lesson either. I decided to quit because I did not like my instructor.I thought it was it. However, I notice that the center continued charge me for the next two months.I called and one of the guys explained me that it signed up for automatic renewal. That was fine. It was my mistake as I did not read carefully when I signed up for the lessons.However, I could not understand why the instructor did not call me to ask why I did not show up. Basically, the instructor kept taking money while did not provide any teaching.

Bought a Jackson from them we also purchased the Pro plan with it we was told that with the pro plan if anything went wrong with the instrument it would be covered by this plan. We took the guitar home and had it 2 maybe 3 days and decided to take it beck in because their were a few issues with it when we started to play it and was told it would be done in a week it’s now been 3 weeks and not done and that we have to pay for the repairs it had upon purchase. Excuse me NO we were told the pro plan covered any thing that would go wrong with it and after having it such s short time and with the pro plan package we purchased they are wanting us to pay for the repairs done to the instrument. That was sold to us in that condition. The things needing addressed were factory defects in of which SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE PRO PLAN

Outstanding Customer Service from this Guitar Center location! I live in Dallas and was having some issues purchasing an acoustic bass from this location due to an I/T issue of some kind. Kevin Moore and Jake Long took a very personal interest in helping me resolve this issue and complete my purchase. They went above and beyond and these guys are Rock Stars!! Thanks Guys! Dale
