Says they are open and closed at 5:00 when we arrived! Second time online says they’re open and they are closed!

Great people in the store who really want to help. They also have quite a bit of construction stuff... Doors, windows, tools, hinges, nuts and bolts, etc., which is rare for these types of stores. The thing that stands out to me the most is the reasonable prices. The idea behind these types of stores is helping those in need, so that is the way it should be, but in recent years it seems that other organizations w/the same mission have really raised prices, almost to new prices in too many cases, as if they are catering to those with money looking for collectibles to bring in dollars rather than providing help to those in need with less.

I recently moved across the country to Lincoln and needed to buy furniture for my new apartment. I love to reuse things so Restore was my first stop. The store is clean and well run, with fair pricing. I want to give a particular shout out to an employee named Ginger. She went above and beyond to help me figure out how to remove some dresser drawers (I’m a senior) to make the dresser easier to carry. She persisted until she conquered the problem. What fabulous customer service! I’m so grateful.

Tried donating for the first time..sign says no clothing. I've never donated to a non profit that doesn't accept clothing. I understand mattresses, appliances but no clothing. You would think anything that is in really good condition would be accepted. What do they accept then? Ridiculous

I really enjoy the new ReStore in south Lincoln. I appreciate the selection of products & the order they have them in. Easy to find items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are generally reasonable and fair. I restore and upcycle decor and furniture, I’m able to afford pieces, do my thing, and still pass items along to end users at a fair price. That’s what a recycling restore is all about. And it keeps things out of the landfill.

What an interesting place! It's like a thrift store for DIY home remodelers, or a place to take your old furniture or building supplies when you take them out of your house. Some of the items seemed pretty pricey considering they are pre-owned, but there's such a smorgasbord of odds and ends from furniture to fridges, lots of various boxes of nails and screws, a hundred different light fixtures, all kinds of doors and trim work, and a lot of small batches of tiles.

Staff is very rude and have zero customer service skills, low quality items are over prices. I have visited and purchased from many other restores and this is by far the worst. Wouldn't recommend, go to goodwill or somewhere else.

Horrible staff. I believe it was the manager but had to have the last word. I love to donate to them because I have good stuff that others would like. I'd rather it not go to the landfill. But never again will they get anything from me! There are so many appreciative non profits, I will donate to one of them!

Furniture is way overpriced for the condition they in. Somesmaller items were priced as if new from a store. Lots of selection, but unfortunately most of it is junk. You’ll have better luck finding stuff on marketplace

I'm so glad that there is a south location it's a million times better than the north. The store is set up very nicely. Great remodel material. And good for diy projects!

Great place to shop for second hand items. Also great place to donate to. Better than it going to the landfill if someone else can use it.

Neither good nor bad here. This place is more a treasure hunt for projects needing completion or something to pass the time by. You never really know till it finds you, but you do have to look a little.
