Won’t affect their business any but DONT GO HERE! They only take a card with a chip, have a bank card to use but because there’s no chip can’t get my rental car now I’m stranded. Lady just smiled the whole time not showing any sympathy or empty towards the situation!

Did not have any rental cars at time of reservation and they were not able to give any indication of when they might arrive. Staff was not able to help secure alternative pick up and Hertz was not able to compensate for the extra time and expense of going to the airport to get a car.

I've been renting cars here for over 10 years. I've always been satisfied, I often get upgraded for free, the staff have always been friendly. Only once was their an error in billing, online booking is easy.Maybe not everybody's experience but I'm still going back to get my cars here after all these years.

I’ve used this location a dozens of times, and I’m continually blown away by the great customer service and attention to detail. I’m honestly baffled by the 3.8 star rating that’s maintained in time, so I’ve decided to chime in. Thanks for taking care of my transportation needs, Hertz!

Got a nice rental car to drive to Crete from Lincoln, excellent service, great gas mileage! They will receive repeat rentals from me!

I do long term rentals as a general rule and am invoiced at the conclusion of the rental. Twice now, however, this franchise has charged my credit card $1,800 without advising me of the charge or invoicing me. I don't find out about the charge until I receive my credit card statement. Very deceptive an shady.

They. Don't. Have. Any. Cars to rent?? Staff is under trained at the very least. Hertz rented my reservation out, was completely qlueless, and left me with no car for business. Pretty tough way to start the day. I would advise anywhere else. Save frustration... reservations are meaningless at this location.

We had a very positive experience at this Hertz location. From start to finish, Amy was very professional, friendly, and helpful. If we ever need a rental car again, we’ll definitely be back!

Amy at Hertz/Lincoln, NE gets the job done; Customer Service is her middle name.That said, cars are difficult to get these days. During the middle of a hard time, Amy at Hertz is one of the good parts of a series of unfortunate events that have left us without wheels.I recommend to friends.
