This was so helpful, and I really appreciated how she wasn't defensive (about something neither of us could have controlled). My mom, grandma, and I go on a trip from Utah to the midwest about once a year and we always make sure to stop here. The people are incredible. The inventory is fantastic, such a diverse selection of rocks, gems, jewelry, minerals, etc. In my humble opinion, this shop couldn't be any more perfect. “I like this place. The prices are usually too much but there's a lot of stuff to browse so I go here to look around a lot. Usually the checkout is bad because they have one or two people working and there will be customers with carts full of things.”

“They usually have everything that I'm looking for. If I have questions about my project, there is most likely someone with has an answer. I utilize their rebate program and was pleased to see that it has been changed to allow up to a year to send in your receipts. That is proper customer service.”
“Yes. All day. Literally. I could spend all day in here. They have tons of cute crafty stuff, any type of thing you may need to make jewelry, just lots of things to look at and I promise you WILL be inspired to delve into your crafty side should you step inside and take a minute to explore. LOVE this place. Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because sometimes the staff seems like they’d rather be doing something else. That’s only happened a couple times though.”
