Great place so far! Making a reservation was easy. My family went to the unit to check it out before our move-in day. We talked to Morgan on-screen and she was so nice and helpful. The building was clean and well-cared for. Later in the week I spoke to Laura over the phone and again was impressed with how friendly, helpful, and professional she was. On move-in day we had no issues and have been very happy with FreeUp Storage thus far! Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with their customer service and Wanda really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the storage size that I needed for my items. Under new Management... yes but more accurately, under GREAT MANAGEMENT! Five Stars 🌟 for sure!!! Although, i DO WISH there was 24 hour access... maybe I can wish upon one of THEIR stars... since they got 5 of em...

Jessica was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Making our reservation (start of call to hang up) only took 15 minutes. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone!

A secure location with a staff that actually responds. I would highly recommend to anyone for storage or RV storage.

We store a camper here. Never had any problems. Nice location near the interstate and also Cornhusker Hwy. Makes getting out of town a breeze!
