The pharmacists are very rude and condescending every time I have to interact with them. And I do mean EVERY time. Communication is also terrible on their end, and they get mad when you are confused by or unaware of something they did not tell you about.

I really like the pharmacy here! Very friendly and knowledgeable.
I don’t like the fact that there is a small amount of organic fresh fruits and vegies and the price is $1.00 more than any other places for same item. Organic in all food is lacking here.

Worse customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used.
UPDATE: Dropping to one star only because ZERO is not an option. Got a notification that I had two prescriptions ready to pickup. Got there and they CAN'T FIND them. They show that they were filled but they are missing! Where did they go? Did they give them to someone else? They can't fill them again because they must get the meds from the central warehouse. Something like this happens every time I fill a prescription here. I have had it with this level of incompetence. Transferring my scripts to another pharmacy. You should too! There are other reviews here indicating similar problems. Maybe they should be reported to the state pharmacy board.

Every time I call the pharmacy. To transfer a prescription. One of the techs thinks it’s okay to tell me to go call the other store. Do they not realize how terrible this is for customer service. I even thought I waited on hold to talk to someone. I’m supposed to hang up call the other store, wait and spend my time doing something that is your job. Please stop telling customers to do something that is your job. It is a single button you press to do a transfer. I spoke to a manager who was very helpful. But when I called the pharmacy again. I got hit with the same issue. Please stop telling customers to make calls when you can make my life easier as a customer by just helping me.

I generally have good experiences with this pharmacy. My only note is there have been times in which I've utilized the drive-thru and visibly watched the pharmacists on duty have lengthy discussions with one another at the back counter. The pharmacy clerks will be busy at the registers or on a break. Surely the pharmacists can step up and help their clerks? It's poor service to blatantly ignore a customer who you can clearly see waiting in the drive-thru. Do better and help your clerks when they're busy. Please & Thank you.

Missing and late prescriptions. I moved and HyVee is the closest pharmacy but I'll be switching to anywhere else. I had all prescriptions sent here at once, two never made it into their system and the ones that did make it needed to be ordered in which wasn't the case at previous pharmacies. I assumed I was just unlucky except while trying to sort it out I overheard two other people having similar issues. It took a total of 5 visits to get my prescriptions, each time employee's insisting it must be my provider's fault even with so many corroborating stories to the contrary. In asking around everyone who's tried to use this pharmacy has had issues with prescriptions missing from their system or taking excessively long to show up. If it takes 5 days for the script to show up then another day to ship in that's a bit too long especially when insurance won't cover medications filled more than 9 days early.

Worst customer service on the phone this morning. She was speaking to her coworkers at the same time as she was speaking to me. It was confusing and unprofessional. When I asked her if she was speaking to me, she condescendingly said yes and laughed like I'm some kind of idiot. I have been a customer here for many years, and worked in customer service most of my life, and that's not it. Do better.

I have very little faith in pharmacies to begin with, but after waiting for 40 minutes in the drive through, I finally got up to the window and presented them with my good rx gold card(I pay 10 dollars a month for cheaper rx prices). She told me my total "43.44" and I told her that the good rx gold price was "13.14". She re-typed in the code, that didn't work. Then, she went and asked someone for help and they couldn't figure it out. To be honest, I wouldn't have even minded if it wasn't such a HUGE difference. 5 dollars? whatever, I'll live but 30 dollars is a BIG DEAL to me. I need my medication so I had to pay the inflated price. They suggested that I call "Good RX" as a solution, but that fixes absolutely nothing as I'm sure they will tell me it is the pharmacy's problem. These medication prices are all over the place and they take advantage of people as much as possible.

Wait times are HORRENDOUS here. Over a dozen people in line, waiting inside and yet they don’t even have a second lane open. Beyond pathetic. Constantly running out of my meds because supply chain is so weak. Their customer service over the phone is generally good but once I get there it’s so inefficient and the wait times are so long, and the place is always so crowded that I’m switching to Walmart.

The fact that Hy-Vee made the decision to have InstaCart do their shopping should not have a negative impact on my service. I pay for Hy-Vee Perks for a reason. However, whom ever did my shopping today, made selections without me having any say. They replaced rice cauliflower with rice cauliflower veggies. I am not able to eat that or I would have ordered that. I also have a difficult time understanding that there is no substitute option for a frozen pizza. This is unacceptable for the prices that you charge and the idea that I have to purchase a separate membership yearly.

Was upset to wait a long time only to find out that my prescription wasn't there and had been told it was. Very poor customer service.
