“If I could give AMS a six star rating I would do that. The character of the people employed at this agency can only be explained as follows. A few years ago my family was experiencing a rough spot. i was in between jobs at Christmas time and couldn't afford gifts for my children that year. I guess I was over sharing about the rough time we were experiencing. Most people would say sorry to heat that, hope things get better. Certainly wasn't expecting more than that. But Fatima an agent at AMS knocked on my door the next day with bags of gifts for my children. That speaks for itself. God bless her heart. I will never forget what she did. Thank you Fatima and AMS. Rick, you are pretty awesome too. Another time I was short on making my payment and was helped with that also. In all my years I've never seen dedication such as this to a customer. It's been a few years since I've needed help like that. I apologize for not having written this sooner. Better late than never I guess, but I just wanted to say Thank You.
