“My only complaint is that after I realized I'd had my gemstone ring sized too big and took it to a mall store out of town to size down, the jewlers there asked its value and then told me the amount I paid was WAY off -- they couldn't believe I was able to purchase the ring I did, in the size it was, for the price I paid. They wrote down a value 5X that amount and kept marveling at the stone both the day I dropped it off and picked it up. I know that means no papers with the $$$ of the mall store valuation, so I guess I'll make it a family heirloom starting with me :)”

“Elder Jewlery is incredible to work with. We have been in several times recently for repairs and each time we have been blown away with the service we've received. Monday night was no exception. I had it in my head the closing time was 7 so I ran there after work to drop off two repairs and pick up a ring that had been finished for my grandmother who has dementia. Though they were steps from walking out they graciously let me in and took my repairs when they easily could have turned me away and told me to return during normal business hours. Their customer service and expertise are unmatched!”
