I didn’t go as a customer, but the owner’s demeanor was fantastic.
I deliver, so I end up having a different experience with businesses than most people going to shop do. I find you can learn a lot about people when you don’t have something they want or they have a problem. And yesterday with the owner there was a bit of both. Despite being frustrated with something on our end, he handled it with great grace and courtesy which I respected a lot while trying to fix it.
I don’t necessarily have the best eye for jewelry, but if you’re looking I think it’s a lovely place to start. Good people that give grace even when they don’t have to can be hard to find.”
“Signature is by far the way to go when ordering your championship rings. My representative worked with me step-by-step throughout the designing process. When the rings were selected, I received constant updates about the crafting process and stages the rings were in during manufacturing. “Just picked up my ring from here! I had to have it resized as it didn’t fit my finger quite well. They sent it out to their jeweler and had it back within a few days! The jeweler must’ve even cleaned it up and everything cause it was looking like it just came out of the case! Highly recommend them for all your jewelry repairs! It’s cheap, and fast.”
