Jenn is awesome at helping with the layout to maximize the space. Matt is always quick to respond if anything is needed and does a great job with my customers in the showroom, showing all options and helping guide the customers in their decisions. I have personally visited the factory where the cabinets are made and am very impressed with the Koch brand. I have only had a couple small issues with the cabinets and the manufacturer warranty covered it with no questions asked.”
