Ordered online, lobby is closed. Went to drive through and they tried to give my food to someone else but they didn't have any glazed donuts so they issued me a refund before I even got there. I will never go to this place again.

I live 300 miles away from Krispy Kreme and we do not get it very often. Very disappointing experience. Google said that they closed at 4pm but I called at 4:30pm and they said they were open until 10pm. When I got there, the doors were locked. An employee came to the door and said drive thru only due to short staffing. How much longer are we going to endure this short staffing problem?? Honestly it feels like an excuse at this point. It would have been nice if they told me on the phone that their lobby was closed. When I get to the drive thru, they don't have 3 types of the donuts available. We pretty much only got glazed donuts because that's all they had. I think next time, we will just skip this location and go straight to Omaha's Krispy Kreme.

This has to be one of the worst Krispy Kreme’s in the US. The hot sign is only on early in the morning. I’ve never seen it on past 11am in the 5 years that i’ve lived in Lincoln. Usually have to get there at 8 am to get hot donuts.I hate to complain about donuts but what kind of Krispy Kreme is this? The inside has also been closed for a few weeks for no apparent reason, so we have to wait in a long line outside

The worst experience ever! Ordered coffee for a group event to be picked up at a certain time. They didn't even start to put the order together until we showed up at the agreed time. It took them 25 minutes to put it together. This made us a half hour late for the event.

Drove all the way just for it to be closed 3 hours early. Why say your drive through is open until 10pm just for it to be closed at 7??

There has to be a more intelligent solution than closing the lobby completely and forcing people who ordered days in advance to go through the drive through. Seems like management has failed to adequately pay and staff the establishment. I watched no less than 10 cars drive away after failed attempts to get in.

I ordered online to be able to quickly pick up some donuts on Valentine's Day. When I arrived, the doors were locked and everyone was forced into the drive-thru. I spent over an hour in the drive-thru trying to pick up my order. When I got to the window, my order was not even prepared. I will never be back.

Ordered online and waited 45 minutes in the drive through for 5 dozen donuts. They need to improve their service. This is unreasonable. The front door wasn’t open so I didn’t have a choice.

Never open when the hours say and they never have doughnuts the only thing they sell. Go figure!!!Please close down so I don’t have to see the signs for your product you never have….

When they close, they can't be bothered to put the notice on the drive thru speaker, so people wait in the drive thru anyway. Huge waste of time.

I placed an online order on Friday for Monday morning. I found out by calling on Monday morning that the location was closed due to a mechanical issue (not upset about this at all. Things happen). However, I was a little irritated that I was not notified that my 3 dozen order would not be available for pickup. I arranged for the order to be picked up on Wednesday instead, and confirmed the date and time with the employee over the phone. I showed up this morning to a closed restaurant due to the same mechanical issues, and an employee staring at me from inside. Now, I understand that uncontrollable things happen which might prevent a business from operating, but when you have a confirmed order that you know someone is coming to pick up, you need to reach out to that person and let them know/cancel the order/offer a refund. You don't just leave your customers out to dry. As of this post, I've tried calling four times to arrange a refund (since I saw an employee inside) and there's been no answer. Extremely unprofessional and will not be ordering from here in the future.

Waited in drive thru to find out they are temporarily closed. Wished the site was updated to state that.

I called and placed an order yesterday for 5 dozen donuts. He asked for my phone number in case something happened and needed to call. I drive an hour to get here to pick them up for an event that I had advertised we would have Krispy Kreme only to find out the store was closed today due to mechanical issues and no one called. Absolutely ridiculous.
