The supposed loyalty program only works less than half the time you try and use it. Same excuse everytime, it is our system that corporate will not fix. And you only find out it doesn't work after you have stood in line waiting. By the way the Casey's down the street loyalty program works everytime.

Went to the store had a handwritten note on the door back in 20 minutes with no time on it store was locked up during business hours At 3:40 in the afternoon

Was on my way to work this morning at 8 am and had a little sugar low. Pulled into this station and the doors were locked. A couple of employees stood inside and did nothing. One of them was making coffee, she looked at me and did nothing. I have been here a couple of other times and nothing is ever stocked.

Cashier barely notices he/she is at work (consistently).>Rare< to find a good deal or even competitive prices on any items or fuel. Zero loyalty incentive programs. (Except drink card? Maybe?)So basically >>>"Just find it yourself.don't bother the attendants with work.pay too much....And don't you dare complain.just get ur gas n get lost."To put it mildly id say "This is Hardly convenient."

At this location the gas pumps never print a receipt. Very inconvenient that I have to go inside to get a receipt.

The staff is very nice. Except manager on duty the day I was in had to stop and fill up the cappuccino for me was out of the flavor manager said we have more she came to refill it the sales clerk. The cappuccino machine hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I didn’t get what I wanted so settled in regular coffee. The main manager was more interested in getting her smoke break than taking care of the issue. She was than outside having her smoke break when I left the store to leave.
