The fan on my school laptop went out so I brought it to level seven and had it back within a few days. They fixed it fast and were super helpful, would definitely recommend if you are having computer issues!

I took my computer in last year for a new battery. He kept it for eight days, wrote up a receipt and charged me $134. He never put a new battery in. I doubt that he even opened the back of my computer. I had to find this out from another repair shop.

I took a dead laptop here a number of years ago and they were able to recover all my files. So when I had issues with my current laptop not booting up properly I knew where to take it. The fix was easy enough but I was at risk of loosing some of my files. The technician was very diligent in looking at my specific situation and found a way to save all my files. The time that was taken to look into my specific situation and not just general fixes was greatly appreciated.

Went in because of Windows corruption and RAM sticks dying on me for my desktop. Got quoted a very good price to get it all fixed up and they had it all back into shape before the day was even over. Overall made the process of PC issues relatively quick and painless.

First let me say that this recommendation comes off the heels of some very unhappy dealings with Best Buy's Geek Squad.I brought two computers into to Level Seven Computers and both were repaired and are working great now. Fast service and very affordable.The laptop did not need any parts for the repair. Unlike what I was told at Best Buy Geek Squad told me, "Computer is too old and parts are not available." Level Seven had this fixed in no time at all.The tower was diagnosed, by the Geek Squad, to have a bad CPU. And this turned out to be true. However, since the Geek Squad does not replace CPU’s, they gave me the computer back and miss-informed me as to the correct type of CPU to buy. When I brought the tower into Level Seven Computers, I was told I bought the wrong CPU and the CPU in the tower was still under warranty. Bob sent the CPU to Intel. Intel confirmed the CPU was bad and sent a replacement. So, there was only the cost of doing the repair rather than doing the replace of the CPU.Again, unlike the information I was given from Best Buy's Geek Squad.As a customer, I appreciate business's that are honest and keep the best interest of their customer's in mind. Plus, I truly appreciate the experts that know their work. I take my business to people I can trust. Clearly Level Seven Computers has my business.I HIGHLY recommend Level Seven Computers for any your computer needs.Bob and JT are great to work with.Thanks for the great service and support!Matthew Kusz

We called the store about 1pm. The fella told us to bring our computer in, but figure on leaving it and coming back the next day. Ok. We could do that, but we live about an Hour and a half away! so we were ok with that, just wanted to get our computer diagnosed, and on the list to be repaired.While in Lincoln, we decided to do our “big city” shopping, and lucky for us, we did!! Bob called us and let us know what was up with the disk drive and if we decided how we wanted to handle it, he might have it for us TO TAKE HOME WITH US!! No extra trip tomorrow or week!We were THRILLED!And you know what? Bob charged us EXACTLY what he told us it would be! No up charge or hidden service fees or surprises,( other than we got it the same day surprise ?)BOB AT LEVEL SEVEN COMPUTERS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, and HELPFUL.(he may have saved our marriage, you know how a retired fella can get without his computer! Lol!)Anyways, thanks again for such a fabulous job. You made my day! And my husband’s!

I've been using Level 7 my computer needs for 10 years and I've always received excellent service at for a fair price. I appreciate that they can explain things without using a bunch of tech jargon and I can trust their advice. I just recently had a serious issue with my laptop and needed it for a presentation. Bob was able to switch my hard drive to another machine and had it up in running in less than 30 minutes.

My roommate had issues with his computer, and he got it fixed and back to him within an hour. Super impressive speed, and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely check them out! He said he won’t go anywhere else if he has problems in the future!
