Very positive experience getting our vehicle serviced. I was met by a service person as I opened my car door and the car was taken to be serviced at the time of my appointment. The waiting area is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Appreciated snacks and drinks available as well. The car was ready sooner than promised. They didn't try to sell me anything beyond what I had scheduled for, which I also appreciated. Seems like the cost was high for a general service, but I don't mind as much given the quality of the overall experience.

Overall pleased with the buying experience, Sam sold me a beautiful Es 350 in mint condition and drives great. Their is disorganization on the accounting end, for getting the title to the DMV and having to make repeat trips, however more importantly they sold me a beautiful vehicle, was flexible with my claims, and held the vehicle. Thank you Lexus of Lincoln for a great experience, I will buy my next Lexus through the store

I woke up this morning to a dead car battery. I pondered how I would take care of it. Before I started to do any work, myself, I called Lexus to see what they would recommend. They came and got the car, tested it, replaced the battery and returned the car washed. Lexus never fails to exceed my expectations. Thank you very much!

Sam and the team at Lexus of Lincoln were awesome. They were not pushy and understood and listened to what I needed in a vehicle. There was one on the lot, and my kids and I fell in love with it. They even had it ready and inside the building when we went to pick it up, my kids went crazy they thought it was awesome we got to drive away and take it out of the building.

The reason for my visit was for a basic oil change and maintenance. I am from out-of-town and they gave me a loaner car so my wife and I could go shopping while the car was being serviced. That's a nice touch and was easy. My wife commented on the Starbucks coffee as well. She enjoys her coffee. Thanks Lexus of Lincoln for the extra services and friendliness.

As an out of state buyer for a used vehicle, you need a salesperson who is willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I found that sales person in Edgar Perfecto. He provided detailed information, specific pictures I requested and was honest of forthcoming the entire process. Love my new (to me) vehicle and had a great experience.

Great vehicles. But, know that there is no possibility of negotiating on the price or the trade in.This is the second vehicle we've bought in less than four years and it's been the same experience both times. This is partly due to the way car sales have evolved since the pandemic, but dealers are content with the current state. We were also given only one key fob due to the continued chip shortage; the digital key app works very well. The one contact digital document singing system is slick.

Repair costs are outrageous. I had to have a water pump a new battery installed, and they told me they had just raised their rates. I know they cater to rich people… I’m not one of them… but pretty clear they don’t want regular folks like me. My Lexus is out of warranty, so I’ll be going elsewhere. Also, they forgot to wash my car. I had to sit and wait another hour while they did that. The guys there are nice and friendly, however.

I purchased a new Rx350 from out of stateMax was the original salesperson but was off the day we picked up.Sam took over for him and he was very helpful and knowledgeable.I have purchased many new vehicles at various dealerships and have never had such a good experience as I have at Lexus of Lincoln.Everyone at the dealership are professional, courteous and fair.I would not hesitate to drive 500 miles again to give these folks my business.

It was hands-down the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought quite a few different cars in my days. The entire buying process was done with one single person, Max, (and a little help from his co-worker, Sam, showing us the car when he was out). This means that I never needed to deal with a finance manager, or a sales manager or a guy who needs to go talk to a guy, who needs to talk to a guy, Max handled all of that. There was no upsell, there was no pressure, there was no haggle, there was no condescending comments, or any kind of BS. We were simply offered a good trade-in price up front and a transparent sales price as well as all the available warranty package that we could purchase if we wanted to, signed some documents, cracked some jokes and that was it. Never thought I'd own a Lexus, but seriously considering own nothing but Lexus going forward now, especially if the service continues to be like this.

I ONLY bought from this dealership because they happened to be the only one with the car I wanted at the time. This was my 5th Lexus purchase and I had terrible service. I would NOT go back if you paid me. Car sales aren't what they used to be. The sales manager could have cared less if I was there or not. I voiced concerns to him, and he shrugged his shoulders. Their good reviews are obviously by people who haven't bought from other Lexus dealerships yet. This one is an embarrassment to Lexus. I LITERALLY had to twist their arm for a key fob cover. SMH. It was unbelievable for a Lexus dealer. Had I wanted focus service I would have bought from a Ford dealership.

Last week I took my car into get serviced since I'm heading out on a long drive soon. The service team was so kind and made the process so quick and easy for me as usual. Jacob in service took great care of me and made sure everything on my car was in perfect condition. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as great as it usually is. The team at Lexus of Lincoln are the only ones I trust to take care of any of my automotive needs. Highly recommend any Lexus owners to take their business there. Again, special thank you to Jacob and the service team!!!

I recently completed a 80,000 maintenance visit and Aaron in the service department was excellent. Fortunately I did not need any repairs and the service department cleaned a wiper blade that was streaking the windshield. It did not need replacement. The maintenance visit was completed in the time stated. Check in and check out went very smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this dealership.

We have worked with Lexus of Lincoln for years and across the operation we have found the employees to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. In particular we appreciate Gordon who is consistently attentive to our interests and great to work with. Most recently we worked with Jordan in the service department and, consistent with other service advisors we have had contact with, he was thorough, knowledgeable and personable. We enjoy driving Lexus—and having such a great Dealership to work with certainly contributes to our satisfaction!
