If you are looking to redo your kitchen cabinets DO NOT buy from Shenandoah or Lowe's unless you want a very expensive damaged product.

Posting as a review on Lowe’s as a company not this specific location, also as a PSA - make sure you check all appliances for a serial number sticker upon installation!! And if it’s not there, good luck.
We purchased an LG dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave in June of 2020. We finally received all of the items in December of 2020. We purchased the 5 year extended warranty through Lowe’s as well and have had to utilize the warranty plan on both our dishwasher and stove. Both were terrible experiences. (We were without a fridge the entire month of June!!!)
But that’s not the reason behind this post. We are now having issues with our stove. And I followed the process to start a claim with the Lowe’s protection plan but we were declined for “improper installation” because there is not a serial number on our unit. We had a technician out, who understood the issues with our stove and said we would more than likely need a replacement, but his report was denied by Lowe’s because he also couldn’t find a serial number. I was told by the Lowe’s protection plan contact that they cannot do anything so I should try LG. LG basically laughed at me and told me they never make mistakes so we had to have removed the serial number ourselves or the store did. They then told me to call the store I bought the item at. I called the Lincoln, NE store and they did try to help - they directed me to Lowe’s Customer Care. Lowe’s Customer Care directed me to a third party company called Sedgwick. That company requires you to leave a voicemail and their recording says they will get back to you in 1 business day. I have left messages on 2/27 and 3/6 with no response. Today I called Lowe’s Customer Care again and the first person I spoke to tried to transfer me to Sedgwick again but then, after unsuccessfully trying to reach them himself, sent me back to the Lowe’s protection plan number. I called Customer Care again and a different person tried helping but again, they were unsuccessful - and mind you, every time I call I am having to relay multiple numbers off of our original receipt because they can never find record of our protection plan or purchase. (And yes, you read that I have the original receipt!). This person said her system told her to contact the application owner. She had to research what that meant when I asked her. Eventually she said she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything and to try LG.
LG actually hung up on me. But before they did they had me send photos of our unit, they were surprised we had two of the same stickers on our unit but assured me they would never not put a serial number on the unit. They again told me to try calling Lowe’s since the missing serial number was either my fault or Lowe’s fault. I called the Lincoln, NE store again and they said they couldn’t do anything beyond directing me to Customer Care. I called Customer Care and again got nowhere. Oh, but they said I can call the Lowe’s protection plan and request a pro-rated refund for the amount of warranty coverage I have left!
Now here I am with a stove that doesn’t work right, a warranty plan that is useless and no one to help. I don’t know about everyone else but when I buy an appliance I expect it to last longer than 4 years! And, when I purchase a warranty, I expect it to cover my appliance for the duration of the coverage!
Don’t make the same mistake we did and purchase your appliances from Lowe’s. And if you do, DO NOT fall for the extended warranty joke. (Unless you constantly have a backup appliance fund so you can replace the broken one!)

Lowes provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yelled at and screamed at by 2 different level 1 managers. Offered $300 for carpet I spent $3k on and was stained and told me it was not up for negotiation. Worst customer service ever. Every time I asked them if I could speak to another manager with more authority they’d “they ain’t gunna happen babe”
I am appalled and disgusted in their lack of communication and organization.

Careful manager is a horrible person. Let customer order and pay for an item. Got the confirmation email then when go to pick up manager claims he won't sell the item. Says customer has to pay extra after already paying and driving over an hour to pick up. Lowes needs to fire this person. Claims it's his store and he can do what he wants.

Probably the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. Of all the place I’ve lived I’ve never had a worse customer experience than this one. They had made a mistake on inventory and when I went in to pick up my item I was told that in those 30mins all their inventory depleted. When I went to customer service to see if they could work with me for driving 40mins out after being told the item was in stock Leanna the “manager” wouldn’t even look my way. When she spoke she spoke to her employee but answering my questions. The Racism oozing off this lady that she couldn’t even look my direction was disappointing and truly sad to see in Lincoln, NE. I would avoid this store at all costs, go to Menards or Home Depot….

Hello, I went to Lowes in Lincoln Nebraska, I had a very bad experience. I bought a hammer drill online with the deal of the day. After 3 hours I received a message saying that my order was ready for pickup. I drove 1 hour 20 minutes and I got a message from Lowes saying thank you for picking up your order. I never picked it up. Then I arrived at the store and the manager Alex Roger told me that it was a pricing error and he would not sell me the product at that special price and that if I wanted to buy it I had to pay the original price. I told him that it was already mine because they charged me for it. He responded that the product was his because it was in his store and he would not sell it to me. I lost 4 hours of my time driving. I spent money on fuel and he didn't want to sell it to me. They never notified me or called me before arriving to cancel my order. I hope they honor the price ill be calling store manager tomorrow january 17 2025. I buy a lots stuff at.lowes in papillion nebraska and never had any issue like this at all. If product is not availablr they always call me to resolve the issue either replacing the product with something similar or to cancel the order. But here at lincoln lowes they pretend they were me and marked the order as PICKED UP and then return it. Thats not right at all!! And is not the price what it matters is that i drove almost 4 hrs round trip with my kids and wife. So is the time and fuel as well.

Try putting one of your 30 people standing around to work on a cash register. Standing in a line 15 people deep watching employees wander around the store. So I can check myself out?
Dropped my stuff on the ground and heading to Menards where actual humans are working

Lowes has a lot of what you need and a very friendly staff to help you find it. Prices are a little higher than menards and it is in a specific corner of Lincoln.

I ordered a lowes specific christmas tree from the lincoln store to be delivered from the distribution center as it was out of stock there. The tree was faulty as the center post was dented beyond being able to be assembled. When I returned it they had no more in stock there nor the distribution center. They wanted to sell me the floor model at full cost as the only option. I asked them if another store had it which one did in omaha. We are barely outside of that stores shipping range but was told the lincoln store can have it transferred there. The manager of the lincoln store on 11/24/24 @1:30 pm refused to have it transferred there because it "wasn't their fault the lowes distribution center sent us a faulty product (which was a lowes specific christmas tree) and he shouldn't have to eat the $80 fee to have the product transferred from the southwest omaha store to the lincoln store"
