Charged me the wrong amount, and I stated that the amount was wrong, then they wanted my card to correct the amount. Also tried to keep my card. Have me park in the drive-through stalls. They also didn't put everything on my order. I have been going to this McDonald's for years and never had this kind of service before.

It was McDonald's. Not much to add. Food was fine. But I love using the app to order, a lot of great coupons and rewards.

Food was typical of McDonald's. Fries were hot. Big Mac was a Big Mac. The unusual part of this location is that the drinks are not self-service like almost every other McDonald's. If you want a refill, you take your cup up to the counter, the workers throw away any remaining drink and cup and give you another new glass filled with your drink. Seems quite wasteful of resources - soda, ice, and plastic.

Definitely always go out of my way to go to this location but just left there very disappointed and going to be done with McDonald's for quite awhile. Used the app to get the bogo double cheeses and 2 other sandwiches and a #5. Got to the wind and this lady asked me if I wanted to get a big Mac or 10 peice but my code was for the bogo and I was confused and told her i didn't want any big Mac or extra 10 peice, I don't know where she thought that's what I wanted and then told me "one second" and closed the window. She then came out and told me my order was $27+, I was surprised but trusted she did it correctly. I get home and I have 6 sandwiches and the #5?♂️I spent almost $30 to eat food I didn't want and the burgers I got were cold in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted. Definitely a bad experience and a waste of money. I'm surprised that both kids that helped me were lacking in any communication and snapping at a Hispanic lady who originally was helping us and was extremely nice. She was the only good thing about going to this location. 1/10 experience

Showed up right at close. Phil came to the rescue! He was an absolute gem of a human and was so kind to help despite being at a horribly inconvenient time of night. Phil was an absolute lifesaver at S 56th McDonalds.

Whether it's drive-thru or on person ordering. They can't seem to get any cheese on my sandwich. Other than that food is tasty.

This particular one has it shares of issues. Your appreance is very important in customer service. When your customers pull up to pay for their order, they should never be afraid to hand the cashier their card. Piercings is one thing, but to have your lip (2×), nose (3×), ears lost count and lashes looking like bat wings is way too much. SMH...
