“I learned about Total Respiratory when my doctor recommended them for an at-home sleep study. I needed to get a new prescription for a new CPAP machine. I was helped immediately, and the staff member was willing to explain how the at-home equipment works. The equipment was easy to set up and put on. I also appreciated that I could drop off the equipment with their drop door. However, the at-home sleep study didn't work for me. I have been using a CPAP machine since 2013. I am so dependent on my CPAP machine that I can't sleep without it. Because of that, the machine couldn't collect at least 5 hours' worth of data, so I'm making an appointment to get a sleep study done at Bryan Health again. It's not Total Respiratory's fault I couldn't sleep for 5 hours without my CPAP machine, but this is a warning to anyone who needs an updated prescription that an at-home sleep study might not work for you once you're dependent on a CPAP machine.”
