Sephora has excellent customer service, where I can get skincare and makeup tips and guidelines, as well as get free samples of new products. In addition, I can enjoy the unique and comfortable experience in the store, which makes me want to come back again and again. Lost my receipt, therefore one of the employees just following store policy and procedures in referring my case to the manager. Steve (manager) was very accommodating and understanding and rectified my problem. I recommend you keep your receipt and the box the item came with, if it’s shoes, it’d save a lot of problems. Highly recommend this store for reasonable and affordable selection of today’s fashionable apparel.”
