I was sold an item, but the help was lacking. The lady helping me kept speaking to the worker in another language. I know it was about the phone but found it rude. They should speak English while working.

Not happy with being told to return in a couple days after my service was activated to get a $25 credit posted to my account. When I went back I was asked if I had completed the survey texted to my new phone, regarding their performance to obtain the promised credit, I explained that I had not received this. They assured me it would be coming to my phone to complete so I could receive the promised credit. That was the beginning of June and to date I have not received the performance survey nor have I received the promised credit. Additionally the particular phone I received on the date of activation has been recalled, so I went to the metro store I got the phone from to see what they were offering as replacement for the defective revvel 7 pro I currently have. They directed me to call 611 to speak with a customer service rep about sending my phone thru the mail for an exchange. Ummmmm. That means i am phoneless for God knows how long, I feel this recalled phone should be returned to the store I got it from, exchange for a new comparable phone and they can send my recalled phone back to T-Mobile. Other than that they have great service and signal all over Lincoln Nebraska and the plan is reasonably priced. I recommend metro as a stable provider.✔️

My wife who has been a customer for 8 years and our phones are 5 years old. She called to see what kind of deal she could get for some new ones. The first representative made her pay the bill before consulting her about some changes she wanted to make to her plan. Then after paying the bill told her just to stop by a store location( only 1 in Lincoln NE close to us, my wife is in a power chair and that location on O and 27 ave has steps and no ramp). So she said supervisor please and was put on hold for 2 hours. She put that call on hold and called right back. She then spoke to a rep that worked out a deal for her but still had to go to 27 and O store, said he would leave a note for the salesman and to make sure I brought my id.I walked 21/2 miles to get there. I get there and try to hand him my id and he just asked what my phone # was.I tell him and then he wants the passcode, I give it to him. I try to explain there should have been a footnote for that account but he does not listen to me and asks what I need. I told him 2 new phones w/our upgrades from 8 years of paying on time. He shows me a couple of phones and I ask how much. He said full price on every phone even w/upgrades. Even the 4g phones. No trade in credit, no upgrades, no insurance. What the hell metro, why do you allow them to do that to loyal customers, and I'm 50 years old and they are bullying me. Now I hope the footnote is still there or they may have removed it. Having those clowns sell your products with the Metro name is bad for your business as you know. Please Metro do something because 8 years is a long time to eventually just get screwed by one of your reps. Your loyal customer James B.

the manager is a big girl and she is not respectful and she puts charges on you that is really not needed the guys that work there are scammers and they just want the money. they overcharge despite what it says on the website . METRO PCS CORPORATE !!!PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS

I miss the old staff. These new guys are rip off artists in my example. They sold me phone saying it was new $180.00 then texted me a receipt for $38.00 absolutely refurbished price as confirmation. Rip off artists!!!!!!Thanks alot. The phone won't even work now. I wish I could take off the, 1 star to Zero stars! Update Feb I contacted Motorola personally and they helped me fix my phone. Its working now. But my review stays the same for location. Zero stars. Maybe a simpathy 1 star.
