I walked in around 12pm without an appointment, because they call it a "walk-in" clinic. There's absolutely nobody in the waiting area, and the little exam room has its door cracked open with the nurse(?) working quietly inside, so, great, shouldn't be too long right? I check in at the kiosk and it tells me the next availability for an appointment is... 3pm.If it were actually busy then I'd totally get it, and I'm sure they need admin time too (though I don't get why that needs to happen during most people's lunch hour), but it was surreal to be told that I need to schedule an appointment for several hours later upon walking in to a walk-in clinic with absolutely no patients present.

Stephanie, the nurse practitioner I was seen by, was so kind and patient. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and get to feeling better.

Signs up on building say walk-in clinic. So, I walk in to get treated and they tell me I need to have an appointment. They say we are all full for today and this is two and a half hours before they close. They told me I need to go online and schedule an appointment for another day. That's crazy! Why advertise that you are a walk-in clinic if you have to make an appointment just like any other doctors office. The lady whom was wearing the white jacket seemed very irritated that I was even asking to be treated and was trying to walk away from me while talking to me. Great job CVS. Take the signs down.

Don't go to Theresa she'll spend 2 seconds with you, perscrib you medicine you can't handle/makes you even worse and insult your style all for $140. Otherwise I've been here one other time and it was meh so just go to the 56th location.

After researching some nearby urgent care facilities, we elected to try this Minute Clinic for my daughter to get a strep test. When I asked the cost of a visit, I was told it was $35 for a strep test. I was not told that there was a 'visit fee' of $129 as well for the nurse--bringing a visit total to $164. Unfortunately, we visited this clinic once more in the next week on the misinformation that this was more affordable than other clinics with a physician fee involved. We would have paid less at any other urgent care clinic or even our family doctor. This information is available on their website, but we only found that out after-the-fact. My rating is based on the cost of the clinic relative to the value--I feel we could have received as good or better care from a physician for less investment at other nearby clinics. As a positive, the nurse was friendly on each visit and the wait was short.

Have to use this service a couple times now. Very convenient and have always been treated nicely. Feel like they actually listen and take the appropriate time needed for each patient. Will definitely come back when needed.
