I recommend getting vaccines somewhere else. Minute Clinic nurses unfamiliar with computer software. No access to local Minute Clinic help, it's a national phone line that doesn't understand Nebraska systems or how to use the state database. Pharmacy and Minute Clinic are separate databases. The pharmacy does great work, Minute Clinic not so much.

My toddler got vaccinated here and the staff were so great at giving kids shots! It was amazing.

Walk-ins not welcome. I have poison oak on my lips and simply need a prescription for Prednisone...nope. Wait hours or come back later. I'll take my business elsewhere or just let it heal on its own.

No signage or information pertaining to covid testing anywhere on the building or parking lot. Finally get told by an employee that it's in the drive thru, only to find out it's the inside lane. After waiting for 20 minutes.

They are always so busy and the other day I spent a half hour in the drive thru when there was only ONE other person in front of me. I also have prescriptions to pick up and I called to give them my new insurance card cuz I noticed my meds and err over $700 to pick up and they used to by $4-0. And she told me to bring in my new insurance card cuz it didn't have the correct number on it. That's bs!!! They should take my insurance card the"correct"number or not! I shouldn't have to pay out of the a** just cuz I changed to a BETTER insurance!!!! It's ridiculous!

Stopped by with some severe back pain. Was a quick trip in and out with the exception of me moving pretty slowly. The woman at the clinic was friendly and did not waste any time. Got a script for some muscle relaxers that helped with the overall pain a lot. Thanks!

I was in and out in 18 mins, including a urine test. I'll testing was done in the same room so there's no wasted time between the lab and the doctor.

Stopped here on a road trip cross country with a van full of sick kids & parents. I'm sure we seemed overwhelming as a family of 8 bombarding the clinic. Nurse Practitioner Yank was fantastic though! She was patient, professional & thorough with each of us. We expected a van full of strep throat & her thorough diagnoses of each individual found that & a little bit more. Thank you CVS & Nurse Practioner Yank for providing a way to get our whole family checked out & taken care of when hundreds of miles away from our primary care physician! Much appreciated! Thank you!

Don't go you will pay the bill and it will be sent to collections anyway. Annoying calls from debt collectors. They will not do anything to clear the situation up. After you pay you better keep the receipt.

After you pay you better keep the receipt. I paid my bill yet about 7 different bill collectors keep calling. Even though its their deal they will want you to call billing and clear it up. After you do that the calls will keep coming. I paid through their website.
