Stay was 12/3-12/5. The first night, 117 had a sliding glass door that wouldn't close all the way when latched, and was causing a draft, so we moved to 119. 119 had a toilet that over flowed multiple times, and we saw a roach as well. We were then moved to 123 and that room's bathroom sink would leak when the faucet was running and there was a silverfish in the tub. The last room 301 was fine for the most part, but it was missing blankets on both of the beds, but since we didn't move into that room until late at night, and we had to leave early, we just used blankets we had from the car. One of the two nights was refunded after the second room, 119, was found to have deficiencies, and we had two more rooms after that had maintenance issues and missing amenities, so i asked for the second night free as well, but the manager said that one night was all she could do. And when i called back today to attempt to resolve the issue, iris, she said that one night was still all she could refund, and said because i said the heat in the room was comfortable, and i didn't reach out to the front desk to obtain the blankets, no additional compensation was warranted. Being that we already had had to deal with multiple Issues in multiple other rooms, having to ask for an amenity that should've already been in the room Shouldn't be the guest's responsibility, And certainly shouldn't disqualify them from recompense. We notified the manager at check out that the blankets weren't there, and there was no Dispute that they weren't. She simply said that the housekeepers must've forgotten. I made this complaint with Motel 6 guest Relations on Thursday of last week (12/7) and I have yet to hear a response from anyone from their establishment regarding the complaint. Friendly staff, but management refusing to budge on a refund of 64.87 after that many issues is unfortunate. Wouldn't recommend.

This hotel has a cockroach infestation. They charge a deposit and automatically keep your deposit regardless of the status of the room. They are crooked and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody unless you want to leave with cockroaches and without your security deposit.

Excellent hotel. The stay was very enjoyable and this last time I stayed they have new Microwave's and Refrigerator's.The hotel was built many years ago but the room seemed to have had a very high-quality remodel in the last year. Because it's an older hotel, the rooms are very large and spacious. The mattresses were extremely thick and comfortable, sheets were very soft and it seemed like the management is very good about replacing the pillows.Patti, Iris and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly. The housekeeping does an excellent job also keeping the rooms in great shape. The internet is good enough and there was a wide variety of channels on the TV to watch also.

The night I arrived there was a domestic dispute in the parking lot. There was a fight around 7 am on Sun. 9/3/23. Men yelling, a girl screaming from what sounded like being hit, another guest came out of their room asking what was going on. I was behind the wall from the bathroom to the bedroom incase there was gunfire. When they went in their room because they were afraid of the police being called i was able to escape to the stairwell. And the front desk knew nothing because they couldn't hear anything and no one called them. Later that afternoon the front desk said they kicked them out. A night later there were people in the parking lot threatening to fight another person/group. They saw me walk in from my car, I told the front desk something was going on in the parking lot to watch her cameras and she went out there. At that point I felt me nor my car was no longer safe and got out. What could be improved is go back to booking guests instead of weekly rates for room rentals. People are living there. The flyer at the front desk that told their permanent guests about the free food pantry told me everything I needed to know. This Motel 6 is not for guests. It's for those needing a weekly rental. Most of the renters seemed OK, but the second floor was just the low life's.Safety: Not safe at all. Keep your head on a swivel. Keep your car empty.

Stopped here because it was the cheapest place on my route. It is the biggest Motel 6 I've ever seen and has five floors. It's definitely old and dated, but they are in the process of renovating the inside! The elevator worked perfectly. My room itself was very spacious. The TV worked well (though the screen felt small in comparison to the room, and it's on that system where the channels are formatted like xx-x.) My room fell clean and the mattress was good. The bed did slip easily on its platform, but it wasn't really a problem. In the morning the hallway smelled like someone had been smoking in it -- it is a non-smoking hotel, so that's not their fault. All in all, I would stay there again.

Give them a bit more time w/ remodeling. Very bright parking lot lights between this motel and the adjacent, which cannot be ignored even with room darkening curtains. Great for a safe feeling out there for the cars. Room was clean, great staff, coffee was available in the morning, elevator wait time sufficient for the size of the establishment with stairs alternative next to them. Lots of usual loud noises that are not muffled much, from stairway doors, and hallway bustle, leading to a restless night for us.

After having a life changing episode in my life I had to resort to living in a hotel. This place is amazing! The staff are the best ever! They are all very kind and very helpful and so down to earth! And the new remodeling they have done is very nice. They accommodate dogs and that's number one on my list! I don't know how anyone can say anything bad about this place. I will always recommend this place other people! I just want to say thank you to all the staff that have been so kind and understanding throughput my stay here! I just want to thank the front desk ladies for all that they do!

The manager of the hotel was very unprofessional and refused to give us our deposit back. She claimed there was dog excrement on the bed sheets and they needed to be thrown out when in reality it was chocolate. Guess she has never heard of Oxyclean or Shout. We even spent the morning of our check-out day cleaning the room to make the housekeeper's job easier. The manager also complained that our towels were "disgusting" and also needed to be thrown out. Next time sweep and mop the floors better so we don't need to constantly wipe our feet off. We even asked them to clean our room and they wouldn't because of our dogs.We are also apparently not allowed to stay at the hotel anymore, so I will be contacting corporate and my bank to get a refund for our deposit.

My wife and I have been here for 7 weeks now. The staff are awesome and maintenance is on point. They allow pets and our dog loves being there. It's great for what is going on in our lives and it's very homely.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in...first when I booked it said the pool was open...got a call the day we were leaving and said bc of COVID restrictions they may have some things shit down...if I woulda known the pool was closed I wouldn't have stayed here..then they said on booking that the deposit per room was 30.00... which in fact it was not..it was 60.00 per room...weird ppl walking in and out all day and night...crackheads in the parking lots selling drugs..went to leave to get our deposit back and they charged us ten dollars for a towel that had a little watermelon on it...then was told we could go wash it out ourselves ..checkout time is 11.. we were woke up at 9 am by them...two hours before check out...the lady at the front desk was a smartass and extremely rude acting like we didn't have the right to be upset after being woke up.our rooms stated they would be together and we were on separate floors...won't ever stay here again.yall have a lot of work to do to get this place up to par.

It's open during construction, so be prepared. You get what you get. Unfinished paint in room. Super muggy for some reason? Even with the air on. Air didn't even work the best. Lots and lots of people loitering outside and next door. Was told I could park in the back because it was closer to my room, but in the back was pitch black and when I drove around, my lights shined onto what I'm almost positive was a drug deal. Needless to say I parked in the front. Overall wasn't a terrible experience, per-say, but I wouldn't do it again.

Absolutely love this. Everyone is nice. Mangers were nice so welcoming. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Don’t do breakfast anymore or have coffee pots or refrigerators in room but oh well it’s still a nice hotel. Love that I can back up to my door. Has a sliding door to room.Rooms: Clean
