Submitted a form in the mail and it took them over a month to even confirm receipt. Then over another month to reply. Called every week and no help.

Absolutely horrible customer service (due to the servicer, not the individual agents). Would give them a 0/5 stars if I could.

This company cannot pick up their phones or even manage auto payments correctly. I’m so annoyed that the last 7 years of making on time payments for loan forgiveness could now be in jeopardy due to this company.
