I recently visited your store to tackle a rather daunting project—scanning a massive number of documents—and I want to express my profound gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Although I only caught Jeremy and Deina’s names, every single employee who assisted me was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient. Their willingness to help me navigate the self-service copiers, even with thousands of pages to scan, made an otherwise overwhelming task feel manageable.
I cannot thank Jeremy enough for going above and beyond to speed up the scanning process. He was proactive, resourceful, and genuinely eager to make sure everything went smoothly. Deina, too, was outstanding—she always made herself available to answer questions, offer helpful tips, and ensure I felt supported. In fact, everyone working there had a positive, can-do attitude that made a considerable difference.
Ultimately, I decided to call it a day after four or five hours and purchased a printer that will better handle my enormous quantity of documents at home. Even though I didn’t get to scan as many files as I had hoped (due to my own poor planning), the experience was still incredibly positive. The friendly banter, the warm conversations, and the genuine kindness I encountered turned a potentially stressful undertaking into a surprisingly uplifting one.
Thank you for making an emotionally difficult task a little easier. The support and enthusiasm from your team will stay with me, and I look forward to returning for any future office needs. Your employees truly exemplify what top-notch customer service should be.

If I could give zero starts I would. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with and I will dealing with their staple manager. I ordered something on Instacart and received a broken item. Since I didn’t have the original paper store receipt they would only give me partial store credit. They wouldn’t even exchange it for a new one. So I ended up eating the cost. I will never shopping there again for my office needs. This is coming from a business owner that works in customer service.

Morgan and Jeremy were a HUGE help and we're very nice and patient with me. I would recommend anyone looking to print, or make a flyer of any kind, to go to the pine lake location! I'm very pleased with the results of my MIL's birthday invitations!

Walked in to do several copies. After 5 minutes young woman came up and said truck had come in and Mgr was attending to that and she couldn't help me. I said I could wait a few minutes, but after 10 minutes and no followup from anyone, I left. Went to the other office depot in town and they helped me as soon as I walked in.

Tymber and Morgan in copy and print truly went “the second mile” helping us enlarge the plans for our project. They were very knowledgeable in loading and using the files we sent by email. One of the initial copies wasn’t perfectly to scale so Morgan reprinted them to the scale of the one that printed correctly and that fully solved the issue. Both Morgan and Tymber were kind and patient and we are fully satisfied with the printouts. We highly recommend this professional copy and print team!

Had a weird mix-up with an on-line order that required the attention of the GM to figure out. He quickly rectified the issue in a more than fair manner and made the process quick and easy. It was evident he’s quite knowledgeable in all facets of his business.

We ordered a desk and the box was so damaged pieces were broken. They would pass it along to another person and another person. Poor customer service. And never got any answer's. I would highly recommend buying from another store.
