The new store manager, Andy, is incredible and knowledgeable. He helped sign me up for a membership, find the right product, and lead me through the spray tan process with impeccable customer service. While the tanning services were great, I recommend this establishment solely because of Andy. He is a great asset to this store and deserves a raise!Services: Tanning

Don’t use this location! Dirty beds, horrible management, be aware of charges to your card! Deals are not as promised! Cooperate doesn’t do anything to fix issues!

I really like this place. Bummer it moved from my ideal location to 27th & Cornhusker. Still great and knowledgeable staff tho!! Still a great place to find some vitamin D!

UPDATE:The manager of this salon Tiffani called me and spoke to me about the issued discussed below. She made sure to resolve them in a quick manner. She let all her employees know if you freeze your account you can use that money towards a month of tanning when you unfreeze she also fixed the mister (aircon) in room 7!!! She made everything right and was so nice. Thanks Tiffani for being accountable for your store and resolving these issues. You are appreciated!When freezing your account be careful!!! Employees told me I could use the money once I unfreeze my account for tanning. I went in to unfreeze my account and use it towards tanning and a manager said I couldn't. They said it could only be used for product!!!! So be careful you don't get misinformed like I did.Also for $80+ a month the tanning beds should be fully equipped with product that includes the "mist." Bed 7 has been out of the mist since I started my membership a month ago. I asked an employee and was told "corporate" has to bring that product for them to refill! So corporate why is it taking so long to get the "mist" or is this just passing the blame so no one has to be held accountable. If your gonna charge your customers a rediculous amount to tan at least have the beds fully equipped with everything they are supposed to offer!

Pay for a whole month and I got in and no record of an account 2 days before the end of the month. Poor service from Jenica. I will not return not worth the high price or unprofessional staff.

The girl I dealt with was not professional at all... was very short and egotistical. Staff needs to be more polite to their customers...you pay good money to tan, you need to be treated better!
