I have nothing but incredible things to say about PBT! Specifically this location and their staff. They are so friendly with everyone, show genuine kindness, and REALLY care about their customers.
In particular, the very sweet blonde who is there almost every morning (I don’t know her name!). She takes so much time to explain the process and beds in detail, answers questions honestly without judgement, and MOST of all she creates such a personable and comfortable experience. Recently, I went in after a long rough night and she immediately noticed, took the time to ask if I was doing okay, and listened when I needed to vent a little . She didn’t have to do this, she chose to listen and be empathetic to my situation. I returned today and i was greeted by her asking if I am feeling better!
This just speaks for ONE of the staff members. It’s such a friendly and welcoming environment. Simply walking in the building can boost my mood and confidence 10 times over. I will never recommend or use another salon! 💕

Went in 40min before closing to use my top tier membership and was told I couldn't use the services I wanted because they were closing soon. The lady then proceeded to tell me the step lower would be something nice to try for a change, for her convenience.
Worst customer service i've ever experienced.

Misleading on prices. No manager available.
Was promised no upgrade charge for medium tone spray tan. Signed up for 89.00 monthly membership that was “all exclusive” then when I came in to spray medium tone I was told there was an up charge. I asked to speak to management and was told they don’t take calls on the weekends. So I canceled 89.00 membership! NO WONDER ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CLIENT IN THE BUILDING.

They take customer satisfaction seriously. Their managers care that you have a good experience and communicate well with customers. I’ve tanned at a lot of different places and would recommend PBT to anyone. The front desk staff are always so nice and welcoming.

I came in this morning to sign up for a membership. When I came in there was one person ahead of me. I wasn't acknowledged when I came in, and after 7 minutes when someone else came in the lady at the front finally acknowledged my existence and said she'd be with us soon. I kept an eye on the time because I had to be at work 40 minutes after getting there. 5 minutes later the person infront of me was finally done and I told the lady I wanted to sign up for a membership. She then told me to step aside so she could sign in the three people behind me who had just gotten there. At that point I was not interested in giving them my money and walked out. I went to Max Tan which was 5 minutes away, got there 20 minutes before i needed to get to work. I was greeted immediately and was able to get to work right on time.

My favorite place for a spray tan done by a machine. The mystic with the jade bronzer is my favorite. Other great additives like the scents are fun too. The pricing has gotten a bit extreme, but I haven't done any price comparison to other places. Knowing I can get a tan I like without question I probably won't ship around. The staff is always very helpful too to ensure I'll like what I'm getting. I was even able to bring my 12 yr old in for her first spray tan for her dance recital which was nice.
