I believe Cathy groomed my little dog and he looks adorable. I have gone to other groomers in Lincoln since moving here and while they have done well, this appt made Max look absolutely adorable. Thank you!

Needed new cat litter boxes. My husband went and got an industrial sized one that if filled with litter I wasn't going to be able to pick it up to dump and clean it.
We went back and there was no problem in exchanging for two smaller boxes. Friendly staff and clean store! I didn't smell anything yucky in the store at all.

Worst training class I’ve ever been a part of. Person leading the class didn’t allow my 5 month old pup to wear a humane (no shock) bark collar. Would rather disrupt the entire hour session and others working with their dogs and listen to solid barking.

The small animal homes and cages seemed clean and had enough food for the animals to eat. They also have a pet hotel inside, which is very convenient.

Had a great experience and my puppy got hey nails done. She was happy too! She loves the attention and she gets the wiggle butt she gets so excited 😊 lovely employees here. I will go back next time I'm in town.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and always leave this store with things for them. I like placing orders for curbside pickup, they've always been very friendly and let me know when things are out of stock and tell me if the North 27th has it.

I would give them no stars, but obviously you can't. The groomers seen she was a pitbull they gave the look of hate. They were supposed to give her a bath ears, and nails. They said 2 hours and called 30 minutes later saying come get her because she was crying in the kennel! I usually take her to Petco they know how to treat your dog and I never had a complaint from the groomer said she was perfect. See when was happy when she left when we got there I don't know what they did but they probably traumatized my dog I told him I'm not paying them anything worst service if you don't know how to treat a dog you shouldn't be in that kind of service and if you can't be patient you shouldn't be not want to service. P. S Petco I don't care how far you are but I will never trade that up again.

Raven is the best! We started taking our two dogs here for grooming and are very glad we did. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Raven explained everything very clearly to me from the start, especially when it came to our puppy’s first grooming experience. I’m so grateful we finally found a place and person that we’re confident and happy in coming back to consistently!! He has done an amazing job each time with both dogs!

Petsmart did not look after my family’s dog. He got hurt while in their care while my parents were gone and not one person noticed something was wrong or knew what happened. Not only did my parents waste money on lodging their dog with irresponsible employees, they also had to take their dog to the vet after picking him up from Petsmart to assess his injuries. I would love to see camera footage from the time our dog was there so that WE could see what happened since not one of them seem to know or care.
