Very bad made my kids pay 4 dollars for hot chocolate because they tried it because it looked very watery and they told the cashier it was watery so he fixed it but it happened again and my kids tried it then dumped it out because it was watery barely any hot chocolate then she said how many did y’all drink they barely drank a full straw before dumping it out very bad customer service wouldn’t recommend

Whenever I get in here I get serious looks from the cashiers. Never a smile or feel welcomed. Maybe because I am not WHITE they treat me this way. I live nearby but I am going to stop spending my money somewhere you are not appreciated as a customer! Learn customer service instead of just standing there behind your counter giving dirty looks and doing absolutely nothing! Disgraceful place.
