I went 4 or 5 months to fix my iPhone 11 screen and it’s been more than o month that my phone don’t work the screen it going crazy and when I restart the phone it says it not an original iPhone screen I would like to know before you guys fix my phone that it wasn’t an original iPhone screen and that 150 dollar were going to last me 2 months or so it’s not fair I would never go again to this place.

They were very responsive, gave me an accurate quote to replace a cell phone screen. It was less expensive than other places in the area. They identified that the back camera was also not working and called and asked me if I’d like them to fix that also and again provided the exact amount it would cost. They completed the work in a short time period also. Overall, very pleased and would recommend them.

I took a drone that was broken to them for an estimate on Saturday. They were very helpful and honest with what I should do about the drone. I also had them replace a cell phone screen that was scratched. I was very happy with the knowledge and the service that I received. I will definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic store. I went here as a DIY er looking for a new battery for my phone as I had botched mine while doing a screen swap. They gave me an old one for free to tide me over till I could purchase a new one online. So kind! I've brought my phones here in the past as well to be fixed by them and they always do a great job!

Great customer service! My phone charging plug was not working and felt loose I was convinced I'd need it replaced the man that helped me said it was likely dirty an easy fix he offered to get it good enough to charge for free and then I paid anyways to have it really cleaned. He was done in about 5 minutes easy breezy!

I had a Samsung S21 that was doing a hard shutdown whenever I tried plugging it in or charging it wirelessly. I sent diagnostic data to Samsung, who told me to go to a Samsung affiliate, who determined I had a damaged charging port that would need to be replaced. The part I needed was backordered with the manufacturer, so they said I would have to RMA it with Samsung - which would result in my phone being reset to factory defaults. The Samsung affiliate said they could back my data up first, but that they needed to order a non-OEM part so they could transfer my phone temporarily to a new chassis, charge it and back it up, and then put it back in the original, broken part. It wasn't until I went in after they got the part in (later than they said) that they told me it'd cost me $110 just to back up my data, when they never mentioned anything about a cost until I came in when the part they ordered came in. I also had to re-explain my situation every time I spoke with them, even though they had an account created for me with all of the details of my issue.That didn't sit right with me, so I went to CPR Cell Phone Repair for a second opinion. ~30 minutes after I got home I got a call from CPR saying they had found lint buildup in my charging port, and after cleaning it, already had it charged up to over 80%. I picked it up, working perfectly, less than two hours after I dropped it off at CPR, and they didn't charge me a penny to get my phone fully operational. All they did was clean the charging port, and my phone has been working beautifully since then. I would 100% recommend this company, especially if your device is out of warranty. If I ever have issues with a phone again they're going to be the first I reach out to - the staff were very professional, friendly, and fixed my issue - for free - in 30 minutes, whereas if I had RMA'd it with Samsung as recommended, it would have cost me hundreds of dollars and an unknown amount of time to get back. CPR Cell Phone Repair actually looked into the issue, found it was a simple fix, and got it done without having to replace anything - again, all free of charge. If I could give a higher rating I would. This company has earned a loyal customer, and for good reason. Highly recommended!

(2 Major problems! and lost my business)FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM:About 6 months ago, I brought in a family member's phone to have the charging port replaced because the phone wasn't charging, after having the phone for almost 2 years. 4 months later, the phone's charging port started acting up and brought the phone back them to see what was going on. Upon inspection, the new charging port became loose from the circuit board and needed to be resoldiered, which they couldn't do. Since this was just past their 90 day warranty period, staff offered a 50% discount to replace this part.Couple things to note... I was able to get the exact replacement part online with a 1 year warranty and was able to fix this myself after watching a 5 minute Youtube video. It is frustrating how a manufacture will offer a 1 year replacement warranty, yet CPR only has a 90 day warranty. I would have figured that a cell phone repair company would sell quality parts and stand behind them. I was sadly mistaken and am disappointed.YET THEIR WEBSITE SAYS:"At Cell Phone Repair Lincoln, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our repairs. If the original repair fails because of the quality of a part we installed or due to the workmanship in the repairing of the device, Cell Phone Repair Lincoln will fix it for FREE. No questions asked. You can’t beat a warranty like that!"IF THIS WAS THE CASE, WHY DO THEY TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THERE IS ONLY A 90 DAY WARRANTY?SECOND MAJOR PROBLEMOn my personal phone, I took it in to them because people were complaining that my mic sounded muffled and they could only hear about half of what I was saying. (Staff was awesome and cleaned the various ports for free.)A week later, I went back with the same issue as people still couldn't clearly hear me during calls. Staff said I should replace the mic since it was likely damaged, so I had them replace it. The new mic sounded a little clearer.A few weeks later, people were still complaining at how my voice was muffled when on the phone. Within seconds of doing a google search for my specific phone mic being muffled, brought me to a self help page outlining how it was a software issue, and not a hardware issue. It took me 3 minutes walking through the self help page to trouble shoot the muffled mic. All that was needed was clearing cached data of Phone app and Call management. Now the calls are crystal clear!This brings me to my second MAJOR ISSUE: "Professional" Cell Phone Repair staff should know how to diagnose and check for all problems. Absolutely no software diagnosis or device self hardware checks were done by their staff. (To be honest, I didn't know about the device self hardware check either, but I am not a professional cell phone repairman.)Because of their lack of troubling shooting skills, I NEEDLESSLY PAID FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT NEEDED.
