I've never been treated so horrifically at a bank. I drove to the bank through the drive-thru to cash a cashier's check that was issued from that very bank. The window person asked if I can go inside I said can I stay out here because I have my infant with me and I just had shoulder surgery and I'm not going to leave him in the car. Nope they wanted me to come in the cashier's check was evidently supposed to have two signatures when issued. It only had one so there goes 5 minutes me struggling to hold my kid in the lobby while they treat me like trash. And then they can't cash the cashier's check because it was made out to my company and not me and I don't have a business account with them. Buuuuut Wait there's more. So I tried to open up a business account they couldn't be more dismissive or not want the business then they were. Also paying a fee per deposit or withdrawal plus a monthly maintenance fee you wonder why your bank's swirling around the toilet bowl towards closing Jesus Christ you should all be ashamed of yourselves you are not better than any of us.

Their ATM's and their Online Banking Website seem to be down a lot

They are friendly enough, but if you are at all in a hurry don’t stop here. Waited for 15 minutes in the drive through behind 1 car, not sure what could possibly take that long.

Martha, branch manager today 5/29 said there are no plans to protect customers using atm with sanitizing stations, yikes, new bank time. Youre investing my money to make yourself money, but wont protecr those customers? Martha shame on you!

I have banked at this bank for several years, I have had some bad experiences but who wants to change bank accounts, No ONE. Well today they pushed me to that level finally. I went in to the bank to withdraw money to purchase a car, the teller asked me to hold on so his manager could sign off on my transaction. He went into her office and as I waited for over 20 minutes he came out to tell me because I had my fiancé's tax return deposited into my account they would be returning the funds because his name was not on my account. I asked if I could add him and they said yes but we still have to return them. Who knew you couldn't do that? I have always had him deposit into my account (AT THE SAME BANK!) I understand it now but the whole customer service aspect of it was off to me. They made me feel like I was stealing from them. Even though I have several thousand dollars in my savings account and have had throughout the years. Worst customer service ever not to mention when you need a money order they are 5.00 each (at your own bank) when they are 99 cents at cvs.
