“WE have been a coustomer for 47 years and the only complaint is there is no veterans discount and the price. we are 75 years old and this inflation is eating us up. Im glsdmr Ferrell came back to work to straighten out the company but there is alot of places in our area that are cheaper. I have a resistance to change problem so you are my preferance for service. “I had a hitch installed. Staff was quick, efficient & courteous. An issue arose in less than 24hrs after installation & the staff helped me to come to a solution in relative short order. Jaden and Breanna were patient with me even w/my frustration being evident. (No, I didn't yell at anyone?) The mgr, Breanna, helped me with figuring out the hitch adapter size needed for my bike rack and with the install as two pair of hands worked better. I very much appreciate their patience and help. The situation has been resolved much to my relief and due to their professionalism.”
