Needed advice and quote on potential work. Very forward with potential prices. No robot answer but rather a short wait for a human to speak with. They even help you with the door should you need it. (Big PC hard to handle getting in the door and such.

These folks are amazing! I brought in my dead laptop on at noon on a Friday. They restored my data to a new laptop and I was out the door on the following Monday. Shout out to Gene and Josue for excellent customer service!
