Someone had vandalized our tires as we were driving cross country. Thankfully QuickLane opened early and Scott and his team were able to get us back on the road super quick. Scott and the entire team were great and showed a high level of care and professionalism.

These guys helped me in a serious jam. My oil cap was never placed back on by the previous oil change place. Scott helped me after driving 500 miles and not realizing it. They filled my oil up and sent me on my way.

Pretty fast and very knowledgeable staff. Waiting room kinda sucks. The seats are super uncomfortable.

As loyal customer to FORD I take my vehicles to FORD to be serviced, in Kansas City I get that loyalty to a customer back in return but when I bring my car in for service I’ve noticed each oil change/ tire rotation ticket is more expensive than the last and the car only comes to Anderson FORD. In June of 2024 the service was $96 and some change, and today it was $110.54 for the works package which in the past I was charged for 2 separate services a tire rotation service and oil change but I let that go but after this visit for the works package and they didn’t do anything but an oil change and tire rotation I’ve decided I’d much rather take the car back to Kansas City where the the works package is $76.00 for COMPLETE service and no excuses as to how the prices jump EVERY service trip. (Because they don’t go up) Your service reps didn’t call to tell me the vehicle was ready for pick up, I had to drive by on my way to the highway and seen it sitting outside.
You’ve lost a loyal customer but I know that makes no difference to you as you only value the dollar over your customers.

This place is a joke. I submitted a request a week ago for an appointment. Got a confirmation for an appointment. Showed up and was told by the guy who never looks at anybody when they walk in or says anything just stares at you as you walk up to him, that someone called me, which they never did, telling me that that day wasn't available.
So I made an appointment for today at 10, dropped it off at 9:55, of course the guy who never looks up or says anything to customers was there messing around on his phone. Luckily there was another lady available to help me. Drop the keys and check in for the appointmand. Was told I would be called when the vehicle was ready.
It's now 2:10, I called to ask the status of my vehicle and they tell me it's up on the lift right now, they are doing things, whatever that means. So I ask, what does that translate to as far as what time my vehicle will be done and I am told that it should be another hour. I say an hour? I had an appointment at 10 AM to which she replies they only have 2 techs. I suggested to her that maybe some better scheduling would do then.
So should be another hour, could be who knows how long. Nothing quick about this quick lane. 5 hours for an oil change. Just an oil change. All of the bad reviews are the real ones.

Good service, funny thing is they didn't put me down for a 1:00pm APT. There is an employee at the Ford dealership with the same name as mine. Once they figured out the problem they immediately pulled my truck in and serviced it.. great job Joe? < I think that's his name..

I have tos ay that I absolutely love the service I get here I have brought in several of my vehicles to have general maintenance and upkeep done they even brought my old mazda back to life no trouble
Definitely recommend quick lane for helping out and the advisors trent and or joe are always super informative and helpful to explain everything going in to the work to keep you in the loop i greatly appreciate the services ive gotten
