“I toured some of their properties. After reading online, the company handles managing properties, but doesn't always own them. Some properties are good and some are bad.

Every interaction I've had with them so far has been great! I wasn't able to tour a property because I didn't have the access code, and they helped me reschedule the tour. I toured 3 properties, 2 were great and impressively clean. The air conditioning cabinet was clean, which is surprising!

One unit had some issues like painting over cardboard.

My overall impression is that they generally take care of the units well, and the quality of the units varies by building.”
