If I could give them Zero stars I would. They are slums. They never fixed anything and sewage was even backing up in the unit. Mold also in unit and no help when the neighbors air conditioner caused a leak to my unit. I advise don't rent from them. Here was another leak right before I moved. Just FYI this is my opinion and does not constitue or represent my employer or any companies I may represent.

Easy folks to work with. Did apartment/house moveout cleanings for them 2020-2022. Unfortunately after 3 years they decided my prices were too high although I never raised them. Maybe we can do business again in the future.

Pure incompetence and very unprofessional! They “mistakenly” listed my property for rent!!!! I was notified they were entering my rental in 30 min so I called to tell them there was a hugh mistake! They responded by being rude and not even checking on their error! The potential renters had fortunately cancelled or they told me they were entering my premises, with my dogs on site, even though it was due to their incompetence!! Mikayla is more caught up in her baby momma drama than caring about the rentals or tenants! Run…don’t walk away from these clowns!

Realty Works and Jennifer managed my rental for 10 years, we had nearly 100% occupancy, no collection issues and a strong ROI. I didn't have to deal with even one property issue myself in the 10 years.

Absolute shit service and emergency response. Constantly have break ins into empty apartment below my own and they refuse to give Police permission to force entry to remove them

This is the best rental agency here in Lincoln, Nebraska!!! The owners Matt and Jennifer Kirkland do their best to make everyone happy! It's a very hard job! I'm very thankful and grateful for realty works! Highly recommend them if u are looking for a great rental!!!

Realty works is a great place to rent from, they worked with me on my new move to a new place so thank you Dylan & realty works staff. Never had any problems always there when I needed something fixed or done so I highly recommend them..great place to rent from 💯

I am an owner and Realty Works managed my property for four years
My properties were rarely maintained, even though I asked them to do so.
Many were in poor condition when I found another management company
I do not recommend their management

Don't rent from these people. They're criminals. Me and my wife rented a house from them when we're moving from Michigan to Nebraska. The day we got to Nebraska and seen the home we were horrified he was infested with mice and cockroaches drug paraphernalia. It was disgusting and dirty. It stunk something horrible. The next day I went to the office and asked for my money back. They told me that they were keeping the money but they'd let me out of my lease. These people stoled our money
