This place is literally a joke. I bought a new car and took it here to wash it for the first time- The guy working just held up a sign and didn’t explain anything to me. Then upon going through a very short wash for $16 something malfunctioned and it didn’t rinse my car off. So he noticed and told me to go through again, which I did, and it malfunctioned again not rinsing my car. So he told me I could come back to the Front bay so that he could wash it off for me which he did. And then said OK bye! I said to him you’re not even gonna dry it. I just paid $16. Could I get my money back? He said no you can come back through on Saturday and I’ll do it for “free”..: It’s not free if I paid for it and I had to work on Saturday, so thanks for nothing. I left with my car in worse shape than when I came. It was dripping wet and looked awful.

My 16 had an interview with this place and she got the job she was told that they would be sending her a schedule after she on it and when to pick up her shirts for work well the next day she received an text message saying they decided to give the position to someone else sad part is I went back to see why and they hired another person in her place I never want my little to go through this type of situation but in reality this what we have to deal with and it's not ok

This car wash broke my factory installed side mirror it wasnt aftermarket or a towing mirror and they refused my claim for repayment on the mirror... ill never go back to there

First of all, had to figure out how to get in there. Had to get out of my car to go find someone. Wasn’t sure if it was even open. Guy comes out and says to just pay him directly. Then he grabs the sprayer for pre rinse, which by the way was one side of where he was standing, and then started pressing buttons. Once out of car wash, soap was all over and the blowers didn’t dry off anything!!!!! But, we sure did get two free dash wipes with a $14 half a** wash! LOL

The vacuums out front don't really work anymore, or don't work well. They do a decent job washing the car, but try to pester you into a monthly subscription which can be difficult to cancel. Though, it's hard to find a decent automatic car wash in Lincoln that doesn't do that.

Free to use the vacuums but only one works well enough to use. I paid for the most expensive car wash they had to offer which is around 16 dollars and my car still came out dirty. I felt like I had been scammed, hustled, finessed, bamboozled, etc...

Consistent and excellent service. They even have a mirror at the end of the wash so your vehicle can admire itself after getting cleaned.

Very poore management would not recommend this place to anybody When l went there to get my car wash come to find out they cancelled it due to me supposably running over their cones this was not true They did not even bother to tell me my membership was canceled Have been with this company for over 5 years If the owner knew how his employees treated their customers somebody should be fired deserve a negative not even a star

Got us on there w a ploy .. chance to win a new Jeep. Said Sept 30 was drawing. Never did drawing. Asked again 2nd week in Oct. "Oh yes they said, she's super happy, gonna be here tomorrow to pick it up" Jeep is still there. Tried to stop my monthly subscription, would t do it. First time we went through it tore off the top antenna, had to get a new one. Told them about it, just shrugged their shoulders.
