Was exited to go back an shop but found out quickly it was no plus size. Every clothing store has plus size now days. It's upsetting. The clerk tried telling me that a size 9 Jean would fit my 22 fit jeans smh. I was very disappointed. I don't understand why? Then as I walked out the size 2 clerk decided to laugh at me an my friend walking out. Get some plus size clothes please an thanks. Otherwise how do you figure you will be making money???....

I will never ever ever step foot in this store again. Rue 21 used to be my favorite store and anytime I come to this store I almost always purchase something. I shop here so much that I have a credit card with Rue 21. The people that have been working there for several years are familiar with me and my boyfriend because of how often we shop here. I don’t know what the problem was with the red hair girl who was working between 6:30 PM and 7 PM today, but as I was leaving the store, my bag broke. I politely asked her if I could get a bag. The bag that broke was a purchase from a different store however, I was just asking for a plastic bag to put my things in And I was leaving the store. She looks at me and says we can’t give out plastic bags and then continues to write on a piece of paper so I asked her seriously? And she goes yeah unless you make a purchase and then continues to write on this paper. Her lack of eye contact And the way she seemed unsure when she first said it just told me that she just didn’t want to give me a plastic bag for whatever reason. I wouldn’t have been surprised that if I continue the question her, she’d call the cops on me. That’s the kind of vibe I was getting. She didn’t want to help me AT ALL. I also noticed there was an older guy, like well over the age of shopping at Rue 21 watching me and my boyfriend. I’m guessing they have people following the black customers now too. As much as I have loved shopping here, just based of of the interaction I had today, I’ll never step foot in here again.

My daughter and I were shopping there and the store didn’t close until 8pm. The staff failed to let us know the dressing rooms were closed by 7:40pm because “they were already cleaned for the day.” We wouldn’t have wasted our time shopping if we were told that earlier.

One of the employees didn’t have a good attitude and acted as if I was annoying them, even though, I only asked to try on clothes in the dressing room once and they weren’t doing anything, but other than that it was ok and love the clothes.
