Horrible communication. We got a call from Trent on Tuesday that our cabinets were in. He stated they would be delivered Thursday. Thursday they were not delivered. No one answered any phone calls and they still were not delivered Friday. I have been calling Trent's number and the Saia number since Thursday and no one has answered. We paid contractors to install and they showed up Thursday and Friday with no cabinets. We still do not have an answer when the delivery will happen.
While I’m still not happy with my delivery not being there last week, there was a blizzard that impacted the ability to communicate. The company delivered the cabinets today and multiple people followed up and validated the frustration from last week’s mess up.

freight was at their location several days ago only 40 miles from me and NO deliverer yet. we really needed this this week. was to be delivered to our business Tuesday this is Friday and Not Here

Friendly dispatch and customer service, only problem is that my package was never delivered. I took time off work waiting for the delivery to find out the driver decided to cut the stop and return to the terminal because I was a little too far away and last stop of the day. Very disappointed and would have expected better service.

Absolutely terrible communication with several employees that never got back to me when they promised they would. Took several days before someone admitted it got loaded on the wrong truck and delivered in error. Would never give me the name of the owner or CEO to contact. Not good for a shipping company who can’t deliver.

Cant say enough about my experience with Saia. From their over the road drivers gettin my shipment from California to Nebraska in amazing time, the gals I talked to on the phone were friendly and professional and a huge thanks to the gentleman that delivered my shipment to my house and put it all the way in my garage! Saia went above anx beyond to get my shipment to me in perfect shape and amazing time! Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you all so much!
